Reservations are handled by staff (Brent in particular) well. Service is always professional (all staff are well trained), I suggest the penne cappasante (sic) or lasagna, House chianti is excellent.

If you need to make a concert time, you can be in-and-out quickly, but not feel rushed. Free parking across the street is a welcome extra. This was our [group of 4] 5th visit in about a year and each one has been throughly enjoyable.
The service [John K was our waiter] was excellent as usual. The food was fantastic. We had calamari fritti and the smoked salmon as appetizers. For dinner, was carbonara, bistecca luna and fiocchi. The carbonara was the best I've eaten anywhere, creamy smooth with just enough cheese, loaded with bacon and perfectly cooked pasta.The fiocchi deserves special note. I've had it and it is delicious.
Additionally, we all split a bottle of chianti which went very nicely with our dinner selections. Every time I go, I am given a wonderful experience. Parker (the owner) always comes over and welcomes you and sincerely treats you like family. The service is wonderful. I always want to request a certain waiter but forget and whoever we end up with is equally as genuine and pleasant. The food is very good (many vegetarian options). The service was excellent. We walked to the restaurant,but after dinner it was raining heavily. Even with arriving about ten minutes late, we were greeted and seated right away with no problem. The restaurant is in a very cool, old building with high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and windows looking out onto the Raleigh street scene. The service was personal, informative, and accommodating. Salads offered interesting combinations. Main dishes were fresh and flavorful. The sauce had a great flavor but I was disappointed in the shrimp. The shrimp were small, limp and tasteless. They should have been at least of medium size and firm and fresh.
