Our food was delicious and came to our table HOT out of the oven. That was so unusual for dining in the city that definitely distinguishes this restaurant from most. I hate cold or lukewarm food and this was anything but. It was such a welcome surprise. Both of us had the striped bass special in a delicate mustard sauce over spinach and white beans. A must try if it's offered again. Perfectly prepared, we cleaned our plates. The only negative was the noise level. Our brunch was delicious, served by friendly waitstaff, in a bright room, filled with art (a Tarkay hung on the wall opposite our table). Cozy, quiet and freshly prepared dishes at a reasonable (for the area) price. Not the most beautiful place but nice enough.
