Caffe DelucchiSuperb Eggs Benedict on Sunday mornWe had the best eggs benedict we've ever had, other than at home; my husband had the traditional, and I had florentine. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the spinach and mushrooms were each well-cooked, which meant they were not cooked together. And the eggs! Once again, getting perfectly poached eggs made all the difference. Last but not least the potatoes were also very good. We made reservations and we were glad we did -- there was a line. It's a friendly, cute cafe on a corner with big windows along Columbus -- great for people/North Beach-watching. All three of us ordered the Polenta Gorgonzola and we all LOVED it! It was absolutely delicious! Our waitperson kept us supplied with HOT coffee -- we were three happy people!
