A word from Caffe Dell'Amore
In creating our Cafe, we wanted to bring a piece of Italy to Naples, Florida. As in Italy you'll find a small, family run restaurant, where the owners are the chefs. Our menu is not large, but what we offer is undoubtedly of the finest quality available, made with passion and love! There are no trans fats, no preservatives, no pre-made sauces or artificial flavorings. The recipes and ingredients are as they were 100 years ago. As one of our guests said, "Dining at Caffe dell'Amore is like a trip to Italy, without the passport". Our Chef/Owners passionately dedicate themselves to seeking out the very best ingredients, hand selecting locally grown, organic produce for ripeness and flavor and they use only organic meats and wild catch seafood. Fragrant Italian meats and luscious cheeses are flown in daily. Scrumptious bread and deserts are lovingly baked every morning. All served in our award winning, romantic, well appointed dining room, that was hand painted by an Italian artistContinued

  • "We have dined at this restaurant twice now and the food is amazing. Authentic Italian food that is prepared fresh. Super service too!"

  • "A very pretty place, small with tables far enough apart. Menu is very interesting--more northern than southern Italian. Wine list is small but well chosen. Service was attentive but not special. The food was attractively presented but the flavors were somewhat lacking. However, we do plan to return."

  • "We oftern go out with a groupof ladies and many like seperate check. Some drink cocktails and others do not. They are the only resturant in Naples Fl that can not separete the check..Can't take friends there.. Food was great and would like to but would not fly with the ladies groups."

  • "It was as if they made the food personally for your taste...as if you were the only people in the restaurant. Every day dish was very good. The spinach balls are incredible and a once in a lifetime. We now go there as often as we can every time we visit Naples."

  • "This was our first visit to the Resturant. The food was wonderful . My husband had the baked Ziti and meatball, it was delicious . We also had the mussel and clam appetizer and that was very good also. I had the snapper and it was very flavorable and light . We would definitely go back again. The wine list was adequate but I just wish they had Pinot Grigio by the glass."

  • "We had eaten at Caffe del Amore a few years ago, but had forgotten exactly where it was located. We remember really liking the small size of the restaurant, the lovely decor and the excellent food. . The wait staff was attentive and efficient. We did feel like we were in Italy We were so happy to have found this little "gem" once again. We look forward to returning when we are back in the fall."

  • "WE found Caffe dell Amore through a newspaper review. It was an uncovered gem to us. The food was excellent and prepared with special care. The mussels and clams were exceptional, as was the osso buco . WE will definitely return. The service was efficient as well."

  • "Everything was great--from being warmly greeted at the door upon arrival to the menu, wine selection, service and everything we ordered was delicious. This was certainly the best meal we had in Naples."

  • "This nice little restaurant was filled and busy but never loud. Very attentive service. Great wine recommendation. Food was good, not great. Small warm pieces of foccacia bread were a bit salty. Would have liked a fish special on a Friday in Lent. Grouper was fine. Good Italian meal."
    Dined on 3/28/2014
  • "Top notch Italian restaurant, small (aprox 40 seats) with attentive staff headed by the owners. The wines are pretty much all Italian, but a nice selection well described. A little expensive for Italian food, but creative and worth a little extra. I'd give this restaurant very high marks."
    Dined on 3/26/2014
  • "This is a hidden gem! Gets a little noisy, but not sure they can do anything about that. That is my only criticism. Food, service, owner, all fantastic! Loved it twice!"

  • "Don't get why this restaurant received such high reviews. Treated with attitude after we entered. The owner was annoyed because he couldn't reach me to confirm despite the fact I called the day before to confirm. Not a great welcome. Music made me feel I was in a Godfather movie. The Italian wine list was good and extensive. Our server when she finally approached us was very friendly and efficient. Caprese salad to start was fair. The tomatoes were hard. . Meat lasagna was good but not as great as all the reviews indicated. Grouper puttanesca was bland and the sauce was very watery and lacked substance and flavor. Portions were quite good. The tiramisu was also good. The whole experience was just fair and disappointing"

  • "Located in a very out of the way office building, this 10-table restaurant had a pleasant, intimate ambiance. The highlights of our meal were a homemade root vegetable and sausage soup and the spinach ball appetizers (which did melt in our mouths). Entrees (Osso buco and beef torte) were also very good. As in Italy, the pace is decidedly "not-rushed" so some might feel it is slow, but there are always plenty of staffers around, including the owner, Dominic, readily available to attend to any requests."

  • "the group that I ate with eat out all the time. the meal was exceptional. I had the meat lasagna-excellent. one of us had a mixture of salads, soup and appetiz. He said the food was great. two had oso buca . they ate it and comparing to other restaurants said it was ok, a little chewy. The desserts, bread and coffee were really good. The small restaurant had a nice south philly ambience and quiet for good conversation. The wine was good. I would recommend this restaurant."

  • "Lovely little restaurant across from Lowdermilk Park. Very attentive staff, who were not obtrusive and the atmosphere is lovely. 3 of the 4 of us dining had the Osso Buco, it was good, but not great. One of us had the Lasagna, which was a huge hit. The spinach balls as an appetizer were just okay. The desert of Tiramisu was yummy, but again not the best I have had. There are only Italian wines on the wine list, which was fine with our group. This is the perfect restaurant if you want good food and want to have a conversation. We will return, but I will try their pastas, which are homemade."

  • "My husband and I ate dinner here and had a wonderful experience the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted by Dominic-one of the owners-and felt as if we were regulars even though this was our first time. Waitstaff were attentive without being overwhelming and the food was excellent. We would definitely return on our next trip to Naples."

  • "The food, service and general feeling of the restaurant was outstanding. The wine list is extensive, My party was four women, some of whom drink wine and others don't. They would not deliver separate checks. This is something that almost all restaurants do today. Doing that would make them perfect in every way."

  • "Surroundings: Spotless - This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever seen. Staff - On top of their game. made sure we had what we needed before we even said anything. Food- Delicious! - Quality food. This is a great place to take that special someone for any special occasion or for a group of friends to go for a fantastic dining experience. This place will be on my dining list for sure!"

  • "Found on trip advisor and booked open table. On arriving owner said reservation for bar. Not what we booked!!We were seated at bar with 4 seats, facing wall ordered caprase. IT was good. For the entrees my wife ordered lasagne and I Osso Buco. My wife did not care for the lasagne in fairness waiter informed her that it was not like most lasagne lacking marinara sauce. Very disappointed in the Osso Buco. I've had this at numerous restaurants. This dish was tough. In summary we could have lived with the seating at the bar had the food been good. Felt owner had issue with people who book on line.Open Table should investigate before booking people into this restaurant. In fairness have booked on many occasions and never had any issue."

  • "I'm certain if you were to look up hospitality you would find Dell'Amore restaurant and chef-host Dominic. To start, we were warmly greeted by Dominic himself as if we were regulars, which we are not- we were in Naples on vacation and this was our first visit to Dell-Amore. The restaurant is both exquisite and quaint with approximate capacity of 40 guests only- which plays also to the intimacy of the evening if that is your desire (it was our 30th anniversary). We have not been to Tuscany, Italy but this restaurant allowed us to imagine a little. The food was really, really we'll prepared, presented and delicious! I started with the mussels & clams with Parmesan toast points to soak up some of the amazing broth!"

  • "Caffe Dell ' Amore was a wonderful dining experience from the first moment we entered, including a hearty welcome from the Manager. The service crew was also attentive and responsive, as well as congenial. The menu had many fine choices and tempting unique specials, with clear descriptions of the ingredients and flavors. The taste was exquisite, and portions were ample. We particularly enjoyed a special soup, as well as a lobster and pasta combination. The wine prices are a little steep, but the quality was excellent. In summary, excellence was the main course. We look forward to our next visit."

  • "Cafe Dell'Amore was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and very attentive. The owner thanked us for coming and shook each of our hands. The food and wine were excellent. You could tell that quality ingredients were used and also there were unique choices throughout. I would highly recommend trying Caffe Dell'Amore. We will most certainly return on our next trip to Naples. The restaurant is located right across from the beach so if timed right you can walk across the street and watch a beautiful sunset after your mean (or before)!"

  • "The food here is always delicious. However, my puttanesca was not as hardy as I like it and there was very little pasta with the fish. My wife had the lasagna which is a favorite here. It did not disappoint and was as good as always. We were however disappointed with the noise level. There were several larger tables one of which was making a lot of loud noise. The ambience used to be much better here and had a more romantic and intimate feeling. It seems that they have added tables. I understand this, especially during season, but it takes away from the ambience, which is one of the reasons we have enjoyed this restaurant in the past."

  • "We saw the restaurant on open table and gave it a try on vacation. The strip mall site doesn't look like much but we were very happy to see the reviews were right. Very friendly service and a nice personal touch from the management to see if all was going well. Excellent food the eggplant and shrimp entrees that we had were delicious. I would recommend it to anyone"
