Great prix fix until midnight.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMAs good as I rememberedMy aunt and uncle used to take me there whenever they were in the city. It's eclectic menu doesn't change, but always offers the right thing, regardless of my mood. Especially worthy: escargot, salmon, roast chicken, mussels, steak frites, and tartare. Share the profiteroles.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMIt's a great place to go forIt's a great place to go for a late supper after the theater. Excellent food comes in plentiful amounts, served by friendly, engaged servers in a comfortable and convivial atmosphere. The Cafe will be crowded pre-theater, and with good reason, but the energy is upbeat and cheerful. This will become a place I visit often but I don't ever expect it to become routine. I recommend it highly!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMCentral location in Manhattan.Central location in Manhattan. The food was very good, French cafe style dishes. It is a boisterous restaurant, reminding me a little of La Coupole, on Boulevard Montparnasse in Paris. We were trying to get to the theater; and, the waiter was very good at getting us out in time, without feeling rushed.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect spot in the theaterPerfect spot in the theater district - the menu is perfectSomething for everyone- fine French bistro fareThe moules frites are superb !! So is the beef bourginon even the mixed salad was perfectly dressed - nice wine list too - don't miss the profiteroles for dessert!!!3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect Times Square Eatery!Looked for a restaurant near Town Hall and found Un Deux Trois a block away. Perfect! We received a warm welcome at the door, attentive but not intrusive service, beautiful chandelier-lit interior decor, and food choices ranging from burgers and crepes to full dinners. I had a curried lamb burger with mushrooms and excellent crispy fries. Yum! When a large group sat at a long table right behind us I thought the din would be overwhelming, but it was just noisy enough to be festive without making it difficult to have a conversation. The only negative -- why I gave four stars for ambiance -- was the scaffolding outside, so we turned down a window table. But that, I assume, is temporary. Can't wait to go back!3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMHad dinner here right beforeHad dinner here right before seeing a show. Great place to get delicious French cuisine.
