A word from Cafe Tu Tu Tango - Orlando
Set in a Spanish Artist's loft, CAFÉ TU TU TANGO evokes a time when artists found inspiration and community in sharing food, drink and philosophy with one another. The bohemian lifestyle fashioned life as a grand celebration, a feast of the senses to be shared and treasured. Together, artists found kinship over meals shared, over drink, music, and conversation.

One of the things that truly makes CAFÉ TU TU TANGO unique is our menu. Not only does our scratch kitchen serve up creative fare that captures exotic flavors from around the world, but we do so with appetizer-style portions that are meant to be shared. Choose an array of dishes for your table, and let the party enjoy them communally. Experience a spectrum of the world's most tantalizing tastes together. Savor both the food and the company. This is what life is all about. Come in and join the party!

  • "We look for any reason to go to Cafe Tu Tu Tango. As usual the staff the food the music was perfect. We love to Tango!"

  • "This was our second trip to TuTu Tango after having it recommended by a friend. We specifically drove to Orlando from Tampa to visit again. We love everything about it: unique art work, interesting atmosphere, and the wide variety of food to try. The appetizer size portions were perfect! We ordered a variety of plates and shared. Will definitely be back!"

  • "I hesitate to give Tu Tu Tango only a 4. As with any small plate/tapas restaurant, not every item on the menu will please everyone. The Confit Duck salad on pizza bread is truly amazing. The guava baby back ribs are wonderful. Steak skewers less interesting. Staff is wonderful, and that includes the management. Just a cool place to go and enjoy with friends or family."

  • "We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We had a very good server who was attentive and helpful, however, we ordered two house special cocktails that we had to send one back as it was undrinkable. Then came our "tapas". The hummus was a gritty bland paste served with crackers. The olives & feta had an unappetizing appearance. It was also served with crackers. It was oily and overly salty. We had a flat bread that was overly dressed with balsamic. The black bean soup was actually good. Then randomly the music starting blaring and a belly dancer came out. She was awesome but seemed out of place. The only thing I can say is that if you want a beer (decent beer menu) & watch a belly dancer perform, remember to eat before you get there."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner on a very busy Sat. night, with reservations, thank goodness. The concept was very fun, very good food and excellent service. All and all a great experience."

  • "Havent been in a long time, and I dont know why. It's a great place, different than anywhere else and I will be back more often. Great for a date, it's fun and the food is fabulous."

  • "Not my first visit, but I am still impressed they have kept the quality up and the ambiance. They seem to have evolved without changing the essence of the restaurant which is based on an Artists loft. Great artwork on the walls. A working artist and a spiritualist added to the fun. I always try to have at least one meal at Cafe Tu Tu Tango when I am in Orlando, FL. Had the hummus dish and black bean soup which were terrific."

  • "The food was fantastic and the mood was fun and hip. My only complaint is that the seat they sat us in was against the wall behind which they had some sort of show/performer. It would have been nice to see."

  • "The atmosphere at Cafe Tu Tu Tango was very unique. Art everywhere! The food was really good and eating surrounded by all the unique art was wonderful."

  • "My wife and I happen to be in Orlando on a vaca and somehow found this place on open table. We loved this place they had an artist there painting and all the paintings there were for sale, they also had a psychic there. They told us there was going to be a show later on and we thought maybe a band but no it was two very good dancers that just started dancing in the middle on moved around the whole place. So fun. Will got back when we are in the area again!!!"

  • "We had so much fun, food and entertainment were amazing."

  • "We booked for seven of us through Opentable but we still had to wait for almost an hour for our table to be ready. it was extremely busy and the waiting area was a bit chaotic. There didn't seem to be a system for people waiting and the staff didn't seem overly concerned with trying to seat people. However the food was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us including the two fussy children. I'd have to say that this was the best food experience throughout our whole holiday but would have been even more enjoyable if we hadn't had to wait for so long for the table. Maybe if there was a larger and more comfortable waiting area with service of drinks and snacks like other restaurants, this wouldn't have been noticed the same."

  • "Dropped by Tu Tu Tango for lunch on a Sunday. Loved everything about it...from the art, to the Sangria, to the food, to the service. They had a special brunch menu with a few great choices. We went with the breakfast pizza and loved it! We also had four other selections from the regular menu. All were very good. I would definitely go back again and again if I lived in Orlando."

  • "Specific atmosphere restaurant. Appealed to my husband and I. Nice new experience. Food served as tapas.. But very good and filling."
    Dined on 6/27/2014
  • "Food was much better than expected and service by waiter was attentive. Kitchen was slower than expected considering the relative early time of night and that this restaurant should be accustomed to huge crowds. Suggest you avoid the sangri, both red and white, it tasted really bad, a cheap wine as base, no fruity taste. I would return if in the area."

  • "For the first hour we were there, we were on sensory overload! This place is so entertaining - colorful; art work for sale; an artist painting in the middle of the restaurant; a Tarot card reader; four kitchens - obviously a lot going on! It is such a happy place - the food, served tapas style is very fresh and unique. They have a great outdoor area as well however I am glad we sat inside and could enjoy the delightful eccentricity of it all! Very reasonable; amazing wine list - a real experience that when in Orlando you shouldn't miss!"

  • "Brought my colleague from out of town while we were both attending a conference at the convention center. She loved it! Great atmosphere, great food & great service! Thanks - I'm a local and will return."

  • "This is a really cool place, the food was great, love the artwork hanging on the walls and the artists actually painting there! It IS pretty loud though, so probably not a great place to go if you're looking for quiet conversation. But if you want to have some great drinks and small plates in a really fun, energizing environment, this is a good place!"

  • "We didn't have to wait for our table. It was ready at our specific time that we reserved. Service was great and the food was excellent!!"

  • "For a family, it was perfect! Our kids loved walking around and checking out all the artwork. Food was great! Loved the small plates. We were able to try so many different things! Loved it!"

  • "I would recommend Cafe Tu Tu for a fun night with friends. Although it was rather loud and it was difficult to have a conversation, it was a fun place with my wife."

  • "Eating delicious food surrounded by beautiful and funky art is an experience you cannot replicate anywhere else in Orlando. The food is so delicious that we kept ordering more and more. Watching the live artist and the tarot card reader was very entertaining. I absolutely recommend Tu Tu's for your next special event or night out!!"

  • "We've been going to Cafe Tu Tu Tango since it opened and while we don't live in Orlando any more we still stop in every time we're in the area. Bar none, it is the best restaurant in Orlando. Consistently great service, excellent food with a rotating menu that always ensures you can try something new on every visit, fantastic ambiance, it's the total package. We've requested Rita as our server for the last few years but she was off this time, we got the same level of excellent service from Patty. If you're new to Orlando or just visiting for a day, you have to make time to go there."

  • "This was my 4th time visiting Tu Tu Tango and it never fails to disappoint! The portions make it easy to keep trying different types of food. We love that the artists are local - we have bought several pieces with each visit. Highly recommend as an oasis from the chain, family restaurants in Orlando (we have kids but like to vary our meals)."

  • "It had been over 5 years since I had been here before. The atmosphere is still fun. The food was good and our server, Jon, was great. One of the hostesses who was there when we arrived left a lot to be desired. We got there during happy hour. I asked her if we needed to sit outside for happy hour or if we could dine inside for happy hour too. She said we didn't have to sit outside and sat us at a regular table. Then, when we asked our server about what had a happy hour special he said that happy hour was only at the bar and outside. The manager accommodated us but it would've been fantastic if she would've just sat us in the right place to begin with."

  • "Donavan Our waiter was outstanding. He really knows how to put a Unique "stamp" on customer services> The food was excellent and so was almost all of the service. The first host I encountered had a little attitude but the other was so pleasant with the long brown hair who allowed us to change tables. I hope the grouchy one with the dark lipstick finds a career she enjoys!"

  • "Food was great, the TOGARASHI TUNA and the Argentinaean Style Orange Chimmichurri Steak were delicious. My son loved the Cheese Pizza."
    Dined on 6/4/2014
  • "The food was awesome and we had a great time. Nothing like a meal in stages. The food comes out of 4 different kitchens at different times, which makes for a fun evening of sampling - especially if you have a group."
    Dined on 6/2/2014
  • "The food was pretty good overall but some of our expectations were not met. The olive dish came with two olives so we asked for more and were charged twice. Otherwise food was good, but service was lacking. Rude hostess, server was kind of "out of it" and food came out before some of our drinks. "
    Dined on 6/1/2014
  • "The staff at the hostess stand made us wait 25 min when we had a reservation and there were open tables. When I brought this to their attention, one hostess tried to argue with me and the other found us a table. Our table was right under a large speaker and, at times, the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The food was great though and our server was good."

  • "My husband and I were celebrating our 18 year anniversary and chose Café Tu Tu Tango because we had been there before and loved the tapas menu. It has become more bar type tapas and less quality dishes. I don't think we will be returning. "

  • "We were here on vacation and tried this place out. Great food, loved the artists in the restaurant, but please do something about the noise!"
    Dined on 5/30/2014
  • "I went to Cafe Tu Tu Tango because it is one of my favorite spots, The food was good as it usually was but I noticed our table was pilled up with empty dishes. Our server came to our table and we had asked for a refill for our beverages but he forgot, then finally after asking three times he brought a pitcher for us to refill it for our self. Then we ordered desert and asked if the calzone was breaded, since it did not say it in the description. He informed us it was not, when it came out it was breaded and had to wait 10 minutes until he came back to the table to inform him. The service has drastically gone down in my opinion."
    Dined on 5/30/2014
  • "Your server wasn't very good. She took of my group's orders and then skipped everyone else and went to other tables. You're supposed to focus on one table at time, not jump around and forget to help people. She wasn't very good at checking up on us either. I was disappointed bc I've never had bad service here before. I wish I remembered her name... She was a blonde girl. People in my group were getting irritated because she wasn't helping us."

  • "I made a reservation for 7 people. We were seated with the "next available server" which was in the bar area where we crammed around a bar table for 5 people. The place was practically empty. Made no sense. "
