A word from Cafe Tu Tu Tango - Orlando
Set in a Spanish Artist's loft, CAFÉ TU TU TANGO evokes a time when artists found inspiration and community in sharing food, drink and philosophy with one another. The bohemian lifestyle fashioned life as a grand celebration, a feast of the senses to be shared and treasured. Together, artists found kinship over meals shared, over drink, music, and conversation.

One of the things that truly makes CAFÉ TU TU TANGO unique is our menu. Not only does our scratch kitchen serve up creative fare that captures exotic flavors from around the world, but we do so with appetizer-style portions that are meant to be shared. Choose an array of dishes for your table, and let the party enjoy them communally. Experience a spectrum of the world's most tantalizing tastes together. Savor both the food and the company. This is what life is all about. Come in and join the party!

Second visit to this eclectic but wonderful spot in Orlando. In a town filled with chain options and mediocre food - Tu Tu Tango stands out as a culinary delight and entertainment experience. Food is fantastic, staff are friendly and entertainment quirky. Highly recommended!

We had a group of 6 girls celebrating the lucky Bachelorette of the night. The restaurant was perfect! The food was delicious. We got so many items and all shared. It was like taste testing the whole menu..... I highly recommend the jalapeño margaritas! Fabulous! I ordered mine made with fresh lime juice and it was to die for! The restaurant was really fantastic and overall perfect! Most importantly the Bachelorette had a great time. I have no complaints! It was a hit!

We visited Café Tu Tu on the recommendation of several Orlando natives. The menu was unique with unusual combinations in each course including the drinks. We tried the Sangria Margarita combination which was very good. For food we had the hummus guacamole combination, the pork loin special, Cuban sliders, spicy shrimp and several other items which were all very good. Highly recommended.

Cannot say enough about this piece of heaven. Come to Orlando area 6-7 times a year and always come back here as part of our routine. They continually update and keep their menu fresh but hold onto the true classics. This is a must if you are in town. I know there is traffic and all but worth the trouble.

Our server never brought one of our items we ordered, so we mentioned it to her and it arrived as the last item - but we got it for free. The restaurant is noisy, but that is to be expected in a place like that. The belly dancer was good - my boyfriend liked her, which I knew he would :) More of an adult place or place for families with older kids, but there was a little girl at the table next to us who was mesmerized by the belly dancer.

Food was as good if not better than we remembered from a previous visit. It is a large Menu with choices for every type of eater and we love that Cafe Tu Tu Tango serves tapas style portions which is out favorite way to eat. Service started off great but we are not sure what happened mid meal as it seemed forever to order our next plate. We actually asked, "did you forget about us?" Love the red sangria, Tu Tu should train other restaurants the proper way to make sangria.

In Orlando for a convention and we had been out to a bunch of fancy (expensive) places during the week which made the Cafe Tu Tu Tango a very different experience. We were seated promptly and we elected to sit outside because the noise level inside was very loud. The waiter was right at the table of our drink orders and we started ordering our small plates. There was a great selection to chose from and we enjoyed sharing them when they came out. Apparently, Thursday was "roving belly dancer" night so that made things fun too - nice change of pace!

What a cool place. Tapas style dining with an eclectic flare. Artists on site offer their art for sale and it is certainly worth a look. I even was tempted to purchase a few myself. This is a busy place and can be quite loud, so if you are looking for a place to converse with others, bring your megaphone. Service was efficient. The passion fruit sangria was yummy! Just go here, you will enjoy!

The hostess was unfriendly, did not greet us, say hello, or even smile once. She was using a paper cutter to slice menus and continued to do so after we gave her our info, while we stood there and awkwardly waited. Food was good, but not great like it has been before. The AC was running too cold, it felt about 60-65 degrees in our little corner. I saw another server, not ours, express visible anger at a bad tip in the middle of the dining room. Overall, still good and we will be back but a refresher course in manners and professionalism would benefit some of the staff.

This place is lots of fun, with an artist working right in the restaurant. Later at night there's live entertainment/performance art. Overall the food is great, but portions are small for somewhat high prices. We did have one big disappointment - our dessert was "home made" yet a cool-whip-type substance was slathered on instead of real whipped cream. Bluck. Service was fantastic - made up a bit for the dessert. We'll go back, but will make sure we get what we expect from such a great venue.

Going to Cafe Tu Tu Tango is an experience not just a dining venue. There is always something fascinating going on. Have a round of fabulous Tapas like the sw pizza, falafel or hummus, then have your palm read, or see what masterpiece is being created. And you must leave room for incredible desserts like the banana pizza. I'll be back yet again.

We visit Orlando every 3-5 years or so and always look forward to a dinner or two here. The art as well as the occasional working artist adds a nice twist to dining entertainment. Great cocktails, nice wines (well priced) and outstanding food. Some things should not be missed: The pears (we use it for dessert), any of the flatbreads/pizzas (esp with carmelized onion crust), steak skewers, duck confit salad. Bring an appetite and some imagination and have a nice lingering dinner sharing lots of great things. Wish they'd open one in Chicago!

We arrived early for our reservation but then had to wait 25 past the reservation time for the prior guests to vacate the table for our large group. As soon as we were seated the music was blasted and a belly dancer appeared. This went on for 15 plus minutes. During that time 3 of our group decided that they could not stand the noise level and left! Once that part was over the noise returned to a level that allowed some conversation. The food and service was good but the first part of the experience was not helpful. We were in Orlando for a convention and time networking was lost with the folks abandoning the dinner because of the noise.

We've eaten here over a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Normally there is a long wait, you can make reservations in advance. Each night there are live artists doing there thing....sculpting, painting, carving, belly dancing, hula hooping, performing the tango. Beautiful eclectic artwork decorates every wall, available for purchase, changes frequently. The service is fast and friendly. It's loud, but not obnoxiously so. Good music in background. Food changes often to what is local and in season. All tapas plates, but generous portions, easily shareable. We usually spend about 100$ for 3-4 adults and 1-2 kids, that includes alcoholic beverages. The food is delicious!!

Went with a group for a birthday celebration. Very loud inside, which was kind of fun, but also hard to catch up with the party. Food was great. Service wasn't the best I've ever had, but workable. A little frustrated that when you make a reservation on OpenTable, it's not actually a reservation, but for a "priority wait line" so we were able to get the next available table, but still had to wait about 30 minutes. In talking to the host, he said they don't do reservations at all, which is fine, but you shouldn't have that as an option on your website. At a minimum it should say that it isn't a reservation, but for a priority list. Otherwise, great place.

This is a very good place to get together with friends, have drinks and taste new flavors. I liked the concept of small portions of food to share. That's what we did. Everyone pick two plates and share. The food are combinations of different Latin and European flavors. The ambiance is electric. They have a 5 minute show every 20 minutes, music and dancing from different cultures each time. The decoration is very colorful. The combine rustic with modern and you find pictures and paintings all around the place. For me, it is definitely a place to go back with friends and/or family.

Can you imagine on International Drive a non-chain, independently owned restaurant that serves red Sangria the way it should be made? Dry, refreshing and not syrupy sweet and leaving us wanting more. We shared 5 small plates, especially loved the marinated olives, very different with artichokes and mushrooms, and the hummus, pork ribs, falafel, and Cajun chicken eggrolls were equally as good. We did not stay for the live music (would have loved to) and by the time we left, Tu Tu Tango was hopping. We ate outside and our server was pushed but stood up to the crowd and she took time to thoroughly explain the foods we ordered. What a fun and tasty experience and we can’t wait to come back. Yes, it's noisy

I love Cafe Tu Tu Tango. It has a great atmosphere - cool artwork, entertainment, artists on-site. The food is delicious and served tapas style, which is great for a date night or for group outings where you can try a bit of everything. I have been on a date and with friends, and I had a great experience both times. They have a full bar and some pretty good signature cocktails. The night we were there, they had hula-hoopers performing, which was unique. My only complaints are 1) tourists apparently think this is a place to bring there kids at 8 or 9 at night and 2) the music gets pretty loud which can make it hard to talk to the people you're there with.

This was a great place to come with a group. Everything is reasonably priced, the atmosphere is loud--with lots of folks enjoying themselves. We had two different taste sets in our group-- the vegetarians ( who found plenty to eat) and the rest of us who were able to enjoy. The chili lime chicken and the short ribs were the hit of the might on the meat-eaters side. The falafel and the black bean soup made the top of the list for the vegetarians. The only thing missing was a dance floor. The music with a Latin beat was written to be danced to!,
