I find the portion sizes very reasonable, especially for a french restaurant. When it came time for dessert, nobody really wanted any, but once we'd gone through the dessert menu, we just couldn't pass... so we ordered 2 (shared between 4 of us). Everything tastes so flavorful and clean, even down to the bread. That is what bread should taste like! Ive had both the steak frites and the beef bourginion and both are delicious. The deserts are great too. I recently had a strawberry tart and it was divine.
All around great restaurant with great staff. Brylle was our server and he was fantastic. Really love this restaraunt. It doesn't feel like you're in Vancouver when you eat here!5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst Visit and will ReturnFirst time on this side, used to live in West Van and loved the West Van Regalade, wanted to try the Kits location. Really enjoyed it, great food and friendly service. The smoked Herring and potato salad was wonderful. Wine list is short but inexpensive (by Vancouver standards) for the quality for the wine we ordered. Nice casual atmosphere and well decorated as a French Bistro.
