This was a return visit due to enjoying the food previously. We made reservations to have dinner before a red rocks concert with over two hours for dinner and mentioned our plans for the evening to the waiter. As became apparent that was insufficient staff in the kitchen. The fact that the management didn't choose to either take fewer reservations, notify us of the potential delays, or make arrangements for additional personnel is inexcusable. The food was good, but an unpleasant experience with having to rush through the actual meal. With consideration only for themselves I will not be returning.

This is pretty overpriced for very mediocre food. The ambiance is nice on the deck, and the service was great, but that didn't make up for some pretty uninspired food.

This place was unique. The food was good and the ambiance was fabulous. We ate outside - the patio was relaxing and very comfortable. They had a man playing guitar who was very good. He was not too loud where you couldn't have a conversation but at the perfect volume to enjoy his music - which we did very much.

Cafe Prague is our go-to spot for summer dining with their leafy patio and foothills backdrop. They serve great food featuring lots of meat dishes with a European twist. The wine menu is quite adequate with a variety of wines and prices. Friendly service, a wonderful location and good food mean we return again and again to Morrison for dinner at Cafe Prague.

I had heard good things about this restaurant so booked reservations for my parents visit to CO. They love a good wienerschnitzel, however this place did not provide one! The table was dirty when we sat down - my mom put her hand in a gooey glob. Then the poor salad that comes with the meal was the lamest caesar salad with bagged lettuce that they ran out of apparently the waitress told us - took forever to bring the salads to the table therefore I"m assuming they ran to the grocery to get more bagged lettuce. Very disappointed in all entrees and hate that I will not be back because I like to support local small non-chain restaurants....

I've eaten at Cafe Prague many, many times. It's awesome if you love Eastern European food. I've never been a huge fan of their calamari, but it's changed since last I had it and WOW! It is fantastic. Yummy, not chewy bits of calamari in tempura batter with jalapenos...delicious. I am also a fan of the goulash, the Walleye (rare to see that West of the Mississippi) and the roastbraten.

Excellent food. Been here once before, many years ago, and the food did not disappoint this time around. Excellent flavor and taste. They bring wonderful Eastern European food to Morrison, CO. It is a little on pricy side, but definitely worth it. Great for dates and special occasions. Almost forgot to mention their awesome home made after dinner apple streusel liquor desert drink. Would definitely recommend.

We went to Café Prague for our anniversary. It was mid-week, so we wanted something close to home. The food was amazing! We had the tempura calamari, Caesar salads, sauerbraten and goulash. The calamari had jalapenos and asparagus mixed in with it. The salad was fresh and crisp. The entrees were extremely flavorful and unique. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The bread was hot out of the oven. Our waiter was attentive and personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is lovely and the outside patio is gorgeous. We will be going back again VERY soon!

I have visited your restaurant several times in the past and I enjoyed it. This time I was very disappointed. The food seemed to be just quickly thrown together. The service was "mechanical".Sort of "let's just get it over with, I don't have much time to fool with you, thanks for coming in".Granted, it was a busy Friday night, but that should not be an excuse to lower the quality of my experience nor your service.

We love coming here, and wish we were able to get there more often. We enjoy the ambiance, and the delicious food. We usually share the pate plate for appetizers. My husband had the pork special that night, and our friend and I had the excellent veal schnitzel. The food is prepared and presented with panache. My only complaint is it would be good if the staff would have boxed the rest of my meal for me, or at least cleared some of the dishes to make room for the box or brought a serving spoon.

We have a relative from Slovakia with us for a few weeks and she was wanting some home cooking. We found this place and gave it a try. The restraunt was nice and the patio charming. We dined outside as it was a very pleasant evening. After ordering many things I didn't really know what they were, we received all courses promptly. The food was authentic I was told. Cafe Prague is a hidden gem in Morrison Colorado. We have always had great food and professional service. The outdoor patio is a must for a wonderful summer evening experience in Colorado. The food is very reasonable priced and there is a good selection. Most of it is meat oriented though, so not a good choice for a vegetarian. Get the apple schnapps to finish off the evening!

We went to CafePrague before a concert at RedRocks. We had a reservation, but they took 20minutes to seat us. The hostess looked at us but completely ignored us. We were then surprised when the seating was wide open. It was not at all crowded, no reason for us to stand unattended for 20minutes. The food was fine, however the service from our waiter was as poor as the hostess. Extremely slow! We were there for over 2 hours! Late for our concert. We waited at least an hour for our food. There was no explanation given, no apology even though you could tell they knew the food was taking forever. We will NEVER eat there again!

Loved the scaled up traditional fare, stopped here before the James Taylor concert, passing on the better-known restaurant in Morrison and not sorry we did. This was more convenient and just lovely, also heard the star dined here, though we didn't glimpse him. Quick, friendly service, authentic menu with something for everyone. Fair pricing for good portions. We will come back.

We tried Cafe Prague for the first time after seeing a good review. The food was excellent (every city needs a good German and/or Eastern European restaurant), and matched the best we've had in other cities. The service, unfortunately, was another issue. We arrived on time, but the hostess just left us there after telling us people were slow to leave (didn't invite us to the bar). Then they sat us in a noisy party room. Finally they moved us to a good table. If they can improve the service, this place would be a real gem. We'll give it one more shot.

This was the second time I dined at Cafe Prague with friends. We chose entrees from the Eastern European Classic side of the menu. 3 of us choose a variation of Schnitzel. I had the special (Jaeger Schnitzel) weiner schnitzel topped with a delicious brown sauce with mushrooms, spetzel and red cabbage. We all had the goulash soup (tastey). My husband said he could eat that and a salad for dinner, it was so remarkable. We sampled 3 dessert choices: honey cake, apple strudel and chocolate mousse. I believe the apple strudel took top honors. Since we came early on a Thursday night in May so we could celebrate a special occasion, the servers were attentive and good natured and the crowd followed shortly thereafter.
