  • "great service, great food and perfect spot for afternoon meetings + cocktails"

  • "The food could be a little more flavorful. That doesn't mean spicier. The humus was great. The falafel not so much. No flavor. The service ,friendliness and belly dancer were fabulous!"

  • "This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant before a performance at the Fox. The food is delicious, and the service was even better. Definitely would go back and/or recommend to friends."

  • "We (of course) got stuck in Atlanta traffic and were running late. The service was initially very slow. But when we let the staff know that we were trying to make a show at the Fox, they were more than accommodating. The food came right out. I only wish we could have savored every bite. It was fantastic! Everything was fresh and nicely seasoned. The ambiance was great, too. A gentle breeze on the outside deck...live music...I am anxious to come back!"

  • "We ate here before a show at the Fox and were very pleased with our experience. The food was fresh and delicious and the service quite good. The huge porch makes for a nice outdoor dining spot. Great meal."

  • "A nice place to go in a date. Food was really good."

  • "The food was very good, but the best part of it was you did not feel like you were sitting at your neighbor's table. There is a nice openness to the plan that makes the space seem gracious and welcoming. We sat on the porch and it was very comfortable. Even though you are on one of mid-town's major streets, the traffic noise does not overwhelm the experience. It was very easy to carry on a conversation. "

  • "This is a NICE new spot with FREE PARKING off of Juniper! My daughter, who is 9, got a hamburger and fries. The fries were AWESOME! They are the ones that are crispy on the outside, and melt in your mouth when you eat them. The hamburger . . .meh . . . not so much. It was a little dry, but next time she is going to get a chicken pita sandwich. We went on Mother's Day and they had a buffet. OMG - INCREDIBLE! They started out with appetizers at the bar, and then we were served spanakopita, meats, falafel, lamb, oh the list goes on - - the chef brought each dish to us table side. Who does that? It was great!!! I don't know what I ate for dessert - but it was delicious. "

  • "I had lunch at Cafe Mezo this past weekend. I sat on the porch with a book and enjoyed the quiet Midtown setting. The service was outstanding; they were very attentive and accommodating. I had the hummus to start (delicious!) and the grilled chicken kebabs with a side of shakshouka. The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the shakshouka was the perfect compliment. I will definitely return to Cafe Mezo."

  • "My wife and I went before a show at the Fox and asked - How have we not already been here? We've treid a lot of Mediterranean foods in the Atlanta area and this is some of the best. We absolutely will be back. We started with a selection of three cold Mezes: hummus, Shakshouka, and Dolmades. All three were excellent. Shakshouka was new to me - I have been missing out. The grape leaves were outstanding, some of the best we have had. The hummus was also excellent. I had lentil soup and another meze, the Sigara Boregi Pastry fill with feta and herbs. Fine choices. My wife had Lamb Sish Kebab and was quite happy. We enjoyued sharing Kunefe for desert. The wine list is good and the Argentinian malbec we select complimentst the meal well. "

  • "Nice recent addition to Midtown. Menu has similarity with other Turkish restaurants in the area but Mezo is more refined. Everything is fresh and made in house, breads are especially well-made. We tried a mix of cold mezze and one warm and shared a main dish. Enjoyed all of it, in particular the carrot salad and sauté of eggplants, peppers and potato with herbs, lemon and olive oil. Lamb kebab was tender and well seasoned. FYI as of now restaurant does not have its alcohol license so call ahead to determine need to BYOB."
