The food on the menu is always changing, and will NEVER disappoint. My favorites are the ceviche, garlic mussels, banana cream dessert, griddle calamari, the list could go on and on. This will forever be my favorite tapas restaurant. Every time a new plate comes out, the conversation is sparked, everyone is humming and remarking about the delicious flavors in the individual dishes. It'll make you feel like a food critic. We've been to many tapas restaurants in and around Chicago and we keep coming back to Café Marbella because they NEVER disappoint! The chef is very innovative and the ingredients are always fresh. If you've ever been to Spain then you will surely appreciate the best tapas in Chicago at this restaurant. We always order from the specials menu and everything is authentically prepared and flavorful. The night we went (a Saturday) there was the formal printed menu, a specials printed menu and the waiter told us about the "special special menu". My group of 7 had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. I will be back.
