My fiancee and I are vegan, and were impressed by the fresh, flavorful and unique menu. We were excited by the wide selection of fresh, innovative menu choices (many "vegan-friendly" restaurants only offer a couple of menu selections for vegans). Everything we ordered was freshly prepared, served quuickly, and so tasty. Our server was great- very knowledgable and helpful. There were so many things on the menu that sounded good, it was hard to choose. We had one of the savory sandwhiches and a black bean burger... both excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful orchids add the perfect touch. The seating is comfortable and very simply stated. The service has always been impeccable. The servers are very obviously happy to be working at Cafe Manna and it shows in their attentiveness and warm smiles. The food is so well prepared and so beautifully served. The temperature of the food is always perfect. The flavor combinations are incredible and very pleasing. The fact that the food is all vegetarian/or vegan is the perfect touch. Nothing like Cafe Manna is available anywhere else in our state. This restaurant fills such an important need. We love supporting local business, being green, organic, and gluten free. Three of us split the pizza margarita as an appetizer (it was excellent). My wife had the portabella sandwich, I had the black bean and mushroom burger and my friend had the exotic salad. All were delicious. Everything is fresh, organic and made on site.
