The food is absolutely great, the service is classy and efficient and the atmosphere was perfectly romantic for our one year (of dating)anniversary. I had the Skuna Glacier Bay Salmon which was the best I've ever had and my girlfriend had the Crab Cakes.Reuben, our server, was amazingly knowledgeable and provided one of the best services we've encountered, and we frequent restaurants very often. When we walked in, there was outdoor dining in a large space and there was a bar. The main dining room is very big with very, very, high ceilings. The menu was varied. I had the diver scallops with jasmine rice which was very good and my dining companion had the chicken which was also very good. Our three beets salads were very tasty. Our server was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We ordered beignets for dessert that came with strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce. We finally arrived at 8:00 P.M. and were graciously accommodated. This was our third visit and a special birthday celebration. We were disappointed with the minimal menu choices. Both ordered filet mignon and unfortunately our steaks were less than delectable - not tender. The price fix menu had many full size appetizers to choose from, including crab risotto, calamari, and lobster bisque. Then we each got a salad and choice of 7 entrees, including peppered sirloin, pork, Bronzino fish, swordfish and rosemary chicken. We took my mother and father and our two children 12 and 14. I would not recommend this place for small children or picky eaters. We had great service and I liked that we never felt rushed. The atmosphere there is very sophisticated but not stuffy. The grilled Romaine salad was very tasty and a nice change from the normal dinner salads. The Chilean Sea Bass was superb. Their new Spring Menu has some interesting steak and seafood choices. The service was great from the moment we walked in the door. I have eaten here about a half dozen times and have never been disappointed. A little pricy but well worth it. The Wine Cellar was the perfect spot for my BIG birthday gathering. The Café bar is the place to sit and enjoy great piano music while sipping on the bar's latest concoction. I order the lamb each visit and it is perfect every time. The wait staff is attentive without being overbearing.

The lamb shank was delicious. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Chef Jack even took the time to suggest a proper wine for the lamb.
My only complaint is that we were seated right in front of the fireplace and the heat was uncomfortable.
