My father was celebrating his birthday, so I figured it's time to visit.
He had the ribeye and ordered it well-done. I shook my head but he loved the steak and the little fondue cheese it comes with. He was quite impressed with the presentation.
My mother and I ordered the chicken, which came atop kale, cucumbers and polenta. It was absurdly good. The chicken was moist and the flavor combination was a perfect mix and temperature.
My wife ordered the bucatini, being an italian food fan. It was spiced exceptionally well.

The atmosphere & smells eating behind the bakery were comforting. The food was exceptional only negative comment main course was slightly salty, the liver pate' was perfect. The dining room is small and intimate, but not crowded or noisy. We immediately felt like we had discovered a neighborhood gem. The French onion soup has been noted by the local media, and I can't imagine how it could get any better than their version. Everyone was delighted by their entrees. I had the best experience of the group because I had been anticipating the pork porterhouse after previewing their menu online. The pork not on the menu, but our server asked the kitchen and they had one left. It was amazing. Our server was warm, polite and attentive.
