    Overall the dinign experience was good. The service was very good. The main concern was with the pork chop dinner, supposedly one of their signature dishes. My pork chop was sooo over cooked and dry, very disapointing.

    We greatly enjoyed our return to Cafe leHaye to celebrate our anniversary. Waitstaff was friendly, welcoming, helpful with suggestions. The menu was a mix of new offerings and old favorites, including the famous butterscotch pudding. Wine selection was extensive. Absolutely no complaints!

    Just amazing!!!! Service was impeccable food clean and to die for. Expensive dinner but completely worth every penny. We both ordered the salmon which just flaked away and was perfect parings with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wine was so-so though it didn’t make a difference. Will be back on all those special occasions.

    We were seated at a table that opened directly into the kitchen and that’s all I saw of the restaurant. The light above us flickered all evening. Our wait staff must have been overworked because we barely saw him and had to have other staff get his attention. Maybe it was just a bad night but it was poor ambience and service. The food was ok, but did not make up for the rest.

    Great food! Staff is very attentive! Risotto was yummy, as was the butter leaf salad and apple crisp. A delicious meal!

    The food was beautifully presented. Pasta and scallops were delicious. Excellent carrot and ginger soup. The service was friendly and efficient. It is a lovely, small cafe. Would highly recommend

    I’ve always enjoyed Cafe LaHaye; I think it’s one of the best restaurants in Sonoma Valley. I was delighted to experience the same equal quality now that the restaurant is under new ownership following the retirement of the original owner.  The beef carpaccio I had was delicious, and the swordfish  with roasted asparagus and wild rice was perfection. I think it’s one of the best restaurants in Sonoma Valley.
