We've been to Il Nido before but it's a bit far from where we live so haven't been back for awhile. The food is exceptional, cooked to perfection. There isn't as much fanciness in presentation but we're just here for good food. The restaurant was very quiet when we were there, probably because it was a weekday and we had an earlier dinner than usual crowds. The decor is welcoming and classy in the dining room and feels private enough for a special gathering without having to shout to be heard. The prices for food are entirely reasonable, the wine seems a bit pricier than other places.
