"Cafe E was, as it always is, a wonderful restaurant! Our server, Nicole, was attentive yet left us alone to enjoy the evening. We come here several times a year and have never had a bad meal."

I asked for a glass of water twice and never received it
my boys asked for bread and never got it!

"This was my first time the Cafe Escadrille. I think the food was very overpriced. My mother, husband, and I have enjoyed better food @ a local pub "John Brewer's Tavern in Waltham and @ Texas Longhorn Steakhouse in Reading. My mother had a much better cod in a pub in Maine... We wont go to the Cafe again. The only redeeming quality was the service."

"Always a great place to go. Usually very consistant on food even on the holiday menu. Prime rib dinner was very good but the lamb was cold end pieces were very tuff to eat. Mashed potatos were cold and hard. Service is always pleasant. Over all not a bad dinner"

"First time dining there. Lunch crowd was business or older crowd. Extensive lunch menu, a bit pricer than typical. Restaurant seemed like it was trying to be upperscale, but food prep a bit outdated in presentaton and selection and quality of ingredients could be a bit better (feta, rolls, greens, meat)Salad was fresh, but lamb was a bit tough,underseasoned, and bland. Dessert was enjoyed by all. I'd return if I was in the area though."

"The atmosphere and service was great. I think for the price of lunch time entrees that a small salad or a vegetable on the plate along with a starch would be nice. My salmon was definitely overcooked and dry. However, I would come back to perhaps try other options."
