A word from Café Boulud Palm Beach
Café Boulud Palm Beach is located in the Brazilian Court Hotel at 301 Australian Avenue. The ever changing menu reflects Chef Daniel Boulud’s seasonal French-American cuisine. Seating options include our Mediterranean-hued Dining Room, Outdoor Terrace, and our renowned Fountain Courtyard. We feature a lively weekend brunch for $25 and a $20.14 prix-fixe weekday lunch. Happy Hour is offered daily in our adjacent lounge and bar from 4pm-7:30pm with live music featured on Thursday and Friday evenings.

Two private dining options are offered for Corporate and Private events: The Ballroom (seated events for up to 90; receptions for up to 120) and The Conservatory (seated events for up to 50 and receptions for up to 80). Our two private venues, the Ballroom and the Conservatory, offer our guests flexibility for formal meetings, private business entertaining or social soirées.

  • "Great experience from Daniel Marquez, Brand Ambassador for Wines of Brazil who lectured on the 6 main wine regions.I enjoyed the Don Guerino, Merlot from the Reserve Serra Gaucha 2011 where 85% of Brazilian Wine is produced. The sparkling wines, Casa Valduga 130 and Aurora, Carnaval were superlative. These sparkling wines have been produced for over 100 years in Brazil .Chef Rick Mace presented an exquisite cuisine of Heritage Pork Croquette and Trio of Lamb and Eric Snow's Mango Mousse was a goal winner !! Everyone also was able to pick a winner for the FIFA World Cup to win two bottles of wine. Congratulations for a fine dinning experience Café Boulud"

  • "We invited my parents and we all loved the hotel where this restaurant is located. We had drinks in the bar first, the service in both places were outstanding. We all liked the food however For example the menu had a Cioppino which was very good but why not have a Bouillabaisse instead or more French traditional cuisine. I would have liked this better. But overall the food, service, ambiance was outstanding and we will definitely come back"

  • "One of our favorites had a bad night! Two of us ordered flounder that not only didn't taste like flounder but it didn't taste good. We both tried to get our server's attention but were unable to. When we finally did, it was too late to order anything else as the guys were done. We weren't offered a credit but were given one dessert. Service seemed off overall that night and the crab cake appetizers weren't very good either. Hard to say this as this has been our favorite restaurant."

  • "What follows is a biased review, reflection our own expectations - or should I say, personal preferences. Totally enjoyed the food, ambiance left us cold - literally. Octopus a la plancha, house-cured king salmon, truite almondine were absolutely delicious and memorable (and warm!) - albeit small portions. Service was superb and professional by most standards, we just prefer a warmer (less clinical) interaction with the service personnel and a more lively atmosphere. Some genuine friendliness would be nice - never felt welcome or at home. While it was a pleasant 75-degree Palm Beach evening, the outdoor covered seating area had the AC blowing so cold..."and could not be turned off", chasing numerous parties indoors - very unpleasant."

  • "My husband and I enjoyed lunch here on a Saturday. We had planned to dine in the evening, but after looking at the dinner menu, we decided to do lunch instead. Little on the dinner menu appealed to us. We love French food, but the offerings seemed more Middle-Eastern than French to us. The lunch was delicious. The service was OK. Everyone seemed to be a bit disorganized, even though only about 5 of the patio tables were occupied. Our impression is that better management is needed. My husband had the Cuban sandwich which is made with gruyere cheese. It was fabulous. I had the peekytoe crab salad. It was a work of art, and very delicious. For dessert we split the vanilla pannacotta with coconut sorbet and tropical fruit--yummy!"

I expected it to a bit larger of a place but then again I did not get to really see much of the property because there was a wedding in the garden area. The food was fantastic! The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because of the price for the portion size. I am ok with the amount of food with each dish but I feel they could charge a little less, or include the side dishes at no charge. "

  • "They do an interesting thing with their menu and break it up by traditional, seasonal, vegetarian, etc. we started off with a traditional appetizer, the escargot which were fantastic. They are all ready out of the shell which made them so much easier to eat. Even if you think you won't like scales you should try these. I ordered the fish and my fiancé ordered the bison. He really liked his dish but my fish was a little overcooked and dry. The wine list is extensive but the sommelier helped and after telling her what we liked and a price point, she picked a fabulous wine for us. Note that there are not a lot of option under $100.00. We saved the best for last and split the soufflé which melted in our mouths. Do not pass up this dessert."

The nicoise salad looked less than what I expected it to look like. The other party had a salad with grilled shrimp added. All the dishes were not outstanding which at this restaurant they should be."

  • "The only thing it had was the name Boulud...obviously he hasn't checked up on it in awhile. Horrible, horrible service. Took half our dinner order then left distracted. Finally tracked him down and placed the other half. A fish dish with sauce came without sauce, they totally forgot my dinner and had to re-order. Absolutely no presentation. Breakfast was bland and we didn't go back, lunch was just as bad. Too bad as we really expected more...hoping that each meal was just off...but the entire restaurant just doesn't have it. Never going back there-"

A comfortable quiet table, well placed from other diners, delicious wine expertly suggested by the sommelier and food beyond description in its complexity of flavors that melded into a delight for the taste buds. Portions are perfect- no gigantic mounds of food or tiny mortals leaving you hungry. Just right enough but not too much. My octopus appetizer was tender and yummy a rarity here in the US where most often it is tough and chewy. Our fish selections expertly prepared were garnished with a delicate sauce - what was that intriguing flavor? Two of our party choose the attractively priced priz fixed option with an extra course - dessert of course. "
