"Just got done having Easter Brunch here. I am so disappointed with the service. I have never been to this location and was looking forward to it. We had a reservation and were seated in a timely manner. It was not crowded at all. Our waiter had just gotten a large party so I gave him the benefit of the doubt for being lax in the service department. A bartender took our brunch order and then we never saw a waiter again until it was time for dessert. Our drinks sat empty and no one ever checked on us once the food was dropped, although our "supposed" waiter (server # 1085) repeatedly walked by our table as did the manager. Oh yeah, the food took a least 30+ minutes. It would have been nice for a waiter to say, "your food is on the way, et"

"The food is always tasteful and affordable. The staff always friendly. You can not beat a tasty meal for such a great price. They also offer a reasonable corkage fee, which in this economy makes it all worthwhile"

"I had made a reservation for Easter Sunday based on the great reviews the restaurant had on Open Table. When we arrived we were greeted and seated right away. They accommodated our request to sit in a booth as well. Bread and water were served right away and our server came a few minutes later for our orders. The mimosas, carrot soup and French onion soup were fantastic. Our entrees not so much. The chicken club panini had pressed chicken deli meat and was layered so thick you couldn't get your mouth around it. My parents were both served with cold food - mom had te steak au poivre medium well (came closer to medium) and dad had the balsamic chicken. He sent his back to be warmed up but it was obvious try stuck it in a microwave."

"I got together with a couple of friends to celebrate Easter at Cafe Bizou in Pasadena. They currently have the "Lobster Fest" promotion, which I have enjoyed in previous years and it has always been a GREAT value. Thiss time, to my surprised, I was greatly disappointed! I chose the stuffed mushrooms, the lobster and steak and flourless cake. The stuffed mushrooms were only two. The lobster was half tail (very small!) and the steak, you needed a magnifying glass to see it. It was no more than 2.5 or 3 onz. It had been slized to look more abundant. The quality of the meat was really bad. They put sauce on top to disgaze the taste. The flourless cake was ok. We ordered coffee and it was very weak. I will never go back to Cafe Bizou!"

"Great new find, close to home, Great dinner out. Lively, but just right!
We ordered salmon and pork loin, both were excellent!
Parking..bring quarters for the meters. (Old Town Pasadena) Fun place to walk after dinner."

"The ambiance is very cozy and quaint. The lobster special Lunch menu was very good. The lobster bisque is quite flavorful and the seafood pasta has a light delicious sauce. The tiramisu was okay. The service is very attentive and professional. I am so glad that i wasnt disappointed since this is my first time and treated my friend for her bday. We ordered the same items and we will definitely come back."

"We have been to all 3 Cafe Bizou's for several years and love them all. We were celebrating my birthday and had a party of 10. The table was ready, the service was excellent and everyone LOVED their food. And, to top it off a very cheap corkage fee! We recommend this restaurant often."
