"I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I questioned the chef (Elouise) about an ingredient in the sauce that came with the filet mignon and she was more than eager to explain. I did not expect this level of sophistication in this little bistro like restaurant. quite a find!"

"I didn't actually sample the food because I couldn't get beyond the ambiance (or lack thereof) of this place. Its on a not great street and the inside has small patio type tables with folding chairs, that looked really uncomfortable. It didn't look particularly clean but it may just be old. The tables are really crammed in to a very, very small place lining a cafeteria like space where the food is assembled. Given the description of the food from other reviewers, the place itself seemed really out of synch. I wanted a nice romantic french dinner and this just wasn't the atmosphere. Based on other reviews, I expect the food is really good. Just be aware that the surroundings may not match."

"The food tasted like it was straight from France! Generous portions, and very delicious. We had a very attentive waiter and no wait for the food. The only downside was that there was a lot of traffic on the street during our meal."

"The Cod was perfectly cooked and delicately seasoned. The wine was very affordable with many excellent options. The decor is simple. Excellent flavors without overly complicated dishes. My kind of place!"
