Hailing from the vibrant city of Naples, Paolo Pece is a certified master chef by the Italian Culinary Institute located in that ancient city. Chef Pece completed his training in his brother’s bistro during a two-year apprenticeship working under a European master chef before moving to New York
… City. There he worked as a sous chef in Al Bacio restaurant on the Upper East Side. Before opening his own restaurant in 1999, he served as Executive Chef for Il Ristorante in Chambersburg, Penn.
