"What a great spot for celebrating my friend's birthday.
The food and service were wonderful.
The attention from the owners was lovely,and the champagne, and desserts they gave us

"We were very impressed with Cafe 522; this was our second visit. Our waiter was terrific, we were given two complimentary desserts and coffees because we weren't pleased with our original table (although we were immediately given a table we were happy with). This is a great new (a few months old) restaurant in Sonoma and a wonderful addition to the town. We would highly recommend it, and we are locals!"

"Bustling neighborhood gem, where people know each other, just off the town plaza. Serves local, farm-to-table produce, meat and fish. Friendly but not overbearing servers, fun and casual atmosphere. Went on Tuesday night especially for the fried chicken special -- ample portion (3 large pieces) of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn bread and greens for $19.99. Excellent value for food; moderately priced and unique wine list. The Hughes chardonnay, though it cost more than the food, is not widely available and was an excellent pairing."
