The Hostess was very friendly and the decor was traditional steakhouse with wood paneling, nice booths and a two-level seating area with tables. There is a bar enclosed behind french doors which I was told also allows cigar smoking. The service staff was very familiar with the menu and made several excellent suggestions of both food and wine selections.
The food was excellent, great steaks, good grouper, and the sides were perfectly sized to share between 2 - 3 people. You will however pay through the nose. Warning to the working class. This place is expensive. It is however worth it we have been back a dozen times over 10 years. If it were cheaper we'ed go a lot more. If your rich, there is no other place for you. This IS the place to go. The staff gave impeccable service from the valet parking, to the rose that was presented to me, to the exquisite filet mignon and sides, and the birthday cake with a candle for my wish. My daughter had planned this for me as I have just returned from Afghanistan and moved to this area. I will recommend Cabernet to all of my friends and colleagues. The ambience was so calming with the pristine white of the table linens. Prime Rib, Lamb, Lobster Tails. They had oysters on the half shell that were as fresh as could be, along with peel and eat shrimp. There was also an assortment of regular entrees (baked salmon, Chicken Marsala, mac and cheese, and other sides as well as breakfast items. My wife loved the croissants. The family favorite was the table full of deserts. Service was great as usual. We had a wonderful meal, timed perfectly. I hate when dinner is rushed and you can't enjoy each course. Fernando and team were tremendous hosts and servers. My friends were happy and I was happy. The music in the bar afterward was a bonus. It was a shame when it had to end at 11pm. Perfect night.

Their filet is melt-in-your- mouth delicious.
My favorite salad is the Warm Spinach while my husband loves the Caesar, especially with anchovies. The Lobster Bisque is excellent. No one makes creamier, tastier mashed potatoes. It's hard to choose between the other sides as each one we've tried has been very tasty and cooked just right. If you have room for dessert, try the wonderful crème Brule, or the no-flour chocolate cake, or the New York Cheesecake, or... well, you get the picture. The tomatoes in my pasta were divine. I'm not sure where these were hand picked from, but they were incredibly fresh and delicious. One minor issue was that we were asked if we would like freshly cracked pepper, which we did, and this minor issue was forgotten. Birthday key lime pie (even though I'm not a big fan of key lime pie) was impeccable. Looking forward to dining here again. On a side note, it seemed at the end of our dinner that some unwelcome noise was coming over the loud speaker which I found slightly annoying, but it was at the end of our meal, so we were fine.
