  I highly recommend this wonderful beach side restaurant at the Hyatt Regency - Huntington Beach Resort. The food selections are sensational - with a nice variety of fish, meat and other noteworthy dishes to choose from. The service is absolutely outstanding. Thaddeus was our waiter and he was the very best. Service was professional, well done and Thaddeus' knowledge and recommendations of the food items was truly incredible. What impressed me the most was that management checked frequently with us to ensure the food quality was good and all our needs were exceeded. Great combination - wonderful food, world class wait service by Thaddeus and a wonderful ocean view to boot. Perfection personified....More
