Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Búzios, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Búzios fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen.
Búzios, located near the pool entrance, is open for dinner from 5pm to 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and 5pm to 11pm Friday and Saturday. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

I felt that server was also a little slow even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The wine list was impressive and our fried from out of town really enjoyed the restaurant."

  • "Decided on Buzio's for a pre-show dinner. We had been there before in 2008 and loved it. Have not had the chance to return until now, and it was as good as ever!. We are Vegas locals, and with so many dining options it is easy to let a time pass before realizing you haven't returned to that place you really enjoyed. We will make a concerted effort to not let 6 more years pass before returning. Food was fresh and the portions were more then filling. The Louie salad I had with Shrimp and lump crab was filled to the brim with seafood and not just a plate of lettuce. Same for all the entrees at the table. No one left hungry. Service was attentive and friendly. Hint--show your show tickets and you receive 20% discount on your meal!"

  • "Service (by Peggy) was exceptional. Drinks came quickly. We had a pool view table, which we enjoyed. The bread you're given at the table was tasty and fresh if you prefer bread with a thick, chewy crust. I like my break warm and a little softer. The fish tacos (my first!) were superb. I would order them again. My daughter had Atlantic Salmon with broccoli and steamed rice, and she loved it all. Hubby had swordfish with garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots, and he had only good things to say about all of it! I opted for the macadamia crusted halibut special, with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. The halibut was tasty but fell apart too easily. The potatoes and mushrooms were awesome. Definitely will go back."

That was just the beginning of a great dining experience. The food was great, the wine was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I would recommend dinning here to all my friends.   • "The food was very good. The shrimp were huge, and they give you six. I couldn't even finish them. It also came with two sides and I had the macaroni and cheese (very decadent and creamy) and the baked potato (very basic). The atmosphere is OK. It's a not a huge restaurant and they are all tables, no booths. There is one row of tables with a view of the pool but with columns in the way, you don't see much. The service was good. We had a groupon and the waiter didn't treat us any differently, like they sometimes do. Maybe because the 18% gratuity is automatically added. It is a bit pricey but the quality of food is very good. The only negative is that my sister's angel hair pasta was not too good. I would recommend ordering seafood, not pasta"

  • "We had Chilean Sea Bass, we have had it there before and it was great. It was entirely different this time and did not seem like it was fully cooked. I prefer fish and chicken fully cooked. We have recommended Buzios to our friends, but I no longer will. We had a 6pm setting and they were not busy. Our waitress was Peggy and she did a very good job."

It's just a shame that other patrons couldn't step it up a bit and manage to come in without a baseball cap, bathing suit covers up, etc. When you're spending that kind of money (at least it's a lot for us and was supposed to be a special meal) it takes away from things when other people are shclumpy and drunk (yes, it's Vegas, but come on people, show some class and respect). Maybe a dress code is needed? But once again, the food and service were very good."

I ordered shrimp and my husband order tuna. They were out of the tuna, and my shrimp was undercooked and tasted fishy. We usually love Buzios, but this was not a good night."

  • "This was my second trip to Buzios. Food & service was very good again. Mac & Cheese tasted 'spicy' & totally different from when I was there in January, but the manager replaced it quickly. Mom's shrimp was a bit dry, but it appeared it had was sitting in the window waiting for my steak to finish and dried out a bit there. But flavor was good. Disappointed that they were out of key lime torte."

  • "The food and service was good, but the tables were close together, waiters bumping into chairs at times, and just very jammed. The kitchen was open, which made the noise high. I asked for a window set over looking the pool, but it was unavailable. We sat between tables and it felt like you were dining with other parties. It was hard to talk and enjoy the meal."

When he came back with our drinks, it hasn't even been I would say 3 minutes, and he asked if we were ready. We didn't even have enough time to look over the menu yet. We ordered the crab cakes for appetizer. I know crab cake sizes are usually pretty small, but for $16, I thought they would be a bit bigger sized. Nope. Same size. The taste wasn't too special. I wouldn't order it again. I ordered the miso sea bass and my boyfriend ordered the bone in rib eye. Both of them were pretty good. I felt a little rushed with the server walking by all the time. For the price that we're paying, I would've expected better service and better atmosphere."

  • "We were at the Rio for the Penn & Teller show so we decided to try one of their restaurants. The wife and I had seafood (their specialty). My wife had the halibut which she loved. I had the cioppino which was outstanding. While there is no actual children's menu, they can order from the "Starters" or "Side Dish" section of the menu. Our 6 year old enjoyed the Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese (which she described as the "Best Ever") and glazed carrots. The atmosphere was perfect with no loud background noise, subdued lighting and a view of the Rio's Voodoo Beach swimming pool. "

  • "Since my review is with Open Table....I will start with my one and only Complaint. Our reservation was at 5:00. Restaurant did not open till 5:00. We got there at 4:50 and there was a massive line waiting for the place to open. When they did open, They started letting people in WITHOUT reservations and those WITH reservations had to wait in line with everyone else. SO WRONG!!! They should have taken all the reservations first and then messed with the NO reservations parties. Why make reservations? On to the Food and Service. Tony (our server) was very helpful and very good. Our food was wonderful. Menu is a tad pricey, but the entrees with 2 sides were VERY generous on the portions."
