  • "Very casual menu but if you're a burger lover, this is the place for you! Large, juicy and very tasty. Service was great too. Will definitely be back."

  • "We were a group of 4. We all had burgers and we all said it was a very good meal. We all said we would definitely go back again. The service was slow but it gave us time to chat."

  • "Actually went here twice during our weekend at Peddler's village. First was for some drinks the night we stayed over. Very nice bar, great craft beer selection. The bar staff was very friendly, but they were a bit understaffed for a busy weekend night. Next day we went for brunch, as our hotel stay included a free breakfast. Very good food and a great deal for the hotel stay. They weren't incredibly busy, but the service did seem a bit slow."

  • "Their hamburgers are the best I've ever had, and I've had many top notch burgers. I've been there for dinner 3 times, and despite the other impressive menu offerings, I feel like I'd be a fool if I didn't order a hamburger. However, I've been able to sample some of their other dishes from my lady's plate, and they are also fantastic."

  • "Met some good friends for dinner on a Saturday night and we wanted to go someplace different. We chose the Buttonwood Grill. We sat at a table in the bar and received great service from Kelly, who was also our bartender. Our appetizers, Pizza, Wings and Sweet Potato Fries, were very good. The burgers are amazing, as are the salads. I enjoyed my Salmon entree and the portion size was just right for me. We all shared the Apple Pie dessert and Chocolate Cake....and Expresso Martinis. Great way to end our night...we will definately be back!"

  • "I had made a reservation through Open Table. When we arrived on time, we still had approximately 20 minutes before we were seated. I asked the person who checked us in for us to have a table, not a booth. After the 20 minutes waiting in a crowded wait area, we were seated in a booth. I did not say anything because I was tired of waiting. We ordered our appetizer first because we were hungry and then our food. Our waiter apologized because the entrée and the appetizer came out at the same time. Waiter was nice, food was just average and wait was too long for having a reservation. Not a fan of Buttonwood."

  • "An early dinner on a Saturday after shopping in Peddlers Village was the perfect ending! The place was welcoming and warm. The server was attentive without being intrusive. The butternut squash hummus appetizer was so delicious and creative I was pleasantly surprised. We went there for burgers and beer and we were delighted with the selections. Many different style and choices of burgers for all tastes, even vegetarians. There are many craft beers along with bottle and on tap. The burgers were prepared perfectly, the fries my husband ordered were excellent. I ordered the potato salad side prepared with dill, which was tasty, but a bit too much mayo for me, my only complaint."

  • "Living 5 minutes from Peddler's Village and tired of the same old, same old, it was so great to finally get over to the Buttonwood Grill. The food was SO good and SO affordable. What a nice change. The atmosphere was very nice and it always feels good to be able to enjoy the Village for a bit."

  • "Usually go here for lunch. Stopped by for dinner and was surprised by the difference. Wait staff very inattentive, and my wife became quite ill later that evening. If we had not dined there before and enjoyed it - this would be a place we would not bother to return to."

  • "Food and service are always good! We have dined here numerous times and the food is always served as ordered and the service is attentive but not intrusive."

  • "After all the hype about the chef winning Chopped, I expected extraordinary food. I was disappointed. My husband ordered the veal special, and it had a good amount of flavor. I ordered the clams, mussels & calamari on linguini, and I was very disappointed. It seemed to have an earthy flavor which I think was too much oregano. Aside from too much of that one particular bitter spice, the rest of the meal had no flavor. If I wasn't going to grade this place on the food and just the service and ambience, I would give it an A. Vincenzo was an amazing server. He was always watching us to make sure we were happy and was just a real pleasant soul. The restaurant itself had a nice warm feel to it and made me want to like it very much."

  • "We're vegetarians but the selections for us were delicious - they're known for their burgers but don't assume that doesn't include their veggie burgers. I had one of their pizzas. Portion sizes were generous and filling. We'll be back soon!"

  • "Very good food at reasonable prices. Great service by Jeff!!! Try the ravioli , the burgers, the swordfish. Forget the only fair Caesar salad"

  • "I had several friends with particular food taste coming to visit from out of town. We were all delighted with the menu selections. The pizza was great, I myself had your amazing burgers, and the choices of burgers. outstanding! I have recently switched to peskaterian, and was delighted to see salmon and bean burgers. One of our party was late because of the snow storm, so I ordered her the salad with the butternut squash and goats cheese. She loved it! The waiter was friendly and accommodating. I rate a one all the way around!"

  • "During our stay at Peddlers Village, we ate at Buttonwood several times, the first night we met family from the area and had a great time - food was great and the server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also ate there later on in our stay - during the snow storm - they were again very accommodating and friendly."

  • "Grilled turkey O'keefe had deli turkey meat. For $11 I suggest using real turkey breast. The bread is fantastic. Lay off the mayo and butter. It is not needed. Menu needs to be expanded."

  • "Only one criticism and it's not terribly significant....the lights which overhang the booths are too bright, they need to use a dimmer bulb."

  • "Had one of their "signature" burgers. Taste and quality was good. Very nice presentation. Good draft beer selection. Service was friendly and professional. My wife and I has a very nice experience there. Hard to find something that wasn't spot on."

  • "Buttonwood is a great place to relax with a group of friends of family. The menu is interesting and different. My wife and I brought our twin 11 year old girls and had a great time. I would highly recommend Buttonwood for a casual relaxing evening out in Peddlers Village."

  • "We received great service at the Buttonwood! We had our own private room, which was an unexpected bonus with a 2 year old. Our server was very attentive and checked thoroughly on our entire table's order with the chef, as a member of our party has a severe food allergy. The food was generously portioned (most of us took a to go box) and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!"

  • "The restaurant was good, but the waiter didn't quite get our drink order completely correct. Also we were sitting by the windows which were still quite chilly almost to the point of keeping your jacket on, so unfortunately that took away from the overall dining experience."

  • "The food was rather disappointing, so we will be avoiding this restaurant in the future if possible. The appetizers were really good, but the entrees were almost entirely sandwiches, burgers, or pizzas. I had a fish entree last year, and it was terrible, so I stayed away from fish this year. They had no specials, which is fine, except for the limited menu. It's a nice place and it was loud enough that our two toddlers didn't appear to bother nearby tables. Most of the tables around us had young children or babies as well."

  • "Buttonwood Grill has a limited but eclectic menu, and casual but cozy environment. We had 'bar food' and found it quite up to standards. Our waiter was a bit hassled, due to the crowded dining room, but did his best to keep us happy."

  • "We often head to Lahaska when we need to take a brake from our City of Philadelphia home. We have tried all of the restaurants in the Peddlers' Village Shopping Area. We now officially will continue to dine at Buttonwoods Grill. My husband and I both enjoyed our burgers. We each selected a different style burger and each enjoyed our burger. These are listed as fresh ground meat and the flavor was superb. Fries are great. Foccacia served prior to our meal was delicious. Definitely will go there again and try the other menu items. Wait staff very friendly and good at their job."

  • "Love the way they offer "today's soup" specials and "yesterday's soup" specials. Somehow that little touch of offering leftover soup sets the tone for this dining experience. The interior is modern, yet warm and cozy. The food is very homey and satisfying. Since there is only so much you can eat at one time, you'll want to go back again and try "tomorrow's soup". When you're done dining (or before), take a stroll through the shops of Peddlar's Village. Go anytime of the year, but when you go at Christmastime, make sure you go late enough in the day to be able to take in the holiday lights display. Beautiful!"

  • "We dined at the Buttonwood a few days before Christmas and had three Children with us. They provided us with a table in an almost private room which was perfect for the excited children . Our waitress was friendly and made great recommendations. The good was delicious and even the kids cleared their plates. We will definitely be back!"

  • "Great burgers. Calamari was overcooked just like you'll get at 9 out of 10 restaurants and when it was delivered to the table no serving plates were available. So we had a plate of calamari on the table, then five minutes later we received hot, wet plates right from the dishwasher. Energetic atmosphere and it seemed very family friendly. Our waitress was very pleasant. The restaurant reminded me of a very nice Friendly's"

  • "The Buttonwood Grill is in the heart of Peddler's Village. This is the time to get in the holiday mood to view the many holiday lights and see the gingerbread houses display. Follow up with a great meal and drink at the Grill. Be sure to make reservations because it is a popular spot offering craft beers and varied menu. Out waitress was fabulous and offered great suggestions. Start with the cheesy crab dip and go from there."
