BushidoLoved the UniWe got a special treat by the chef after we realized how fresh and tasty the uni was in the Ozachuke (Green Tea) Soup. He made me sushi pieces with uni and they were delightful. The Green Tea Ice cream is also very good and creamy.6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMspectacularThe food is authentic and delicious. My husband and I have both lived in Japan. When we first went we were to Bushido's we were skeptical and ordered items which would prove the authenticity. We were amazed and have been coming back with friends, recommended it and enjoyed every experience there.
Chef is talented, creative and off the charts for his taste, creativity and enthusiasm6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome place....awesome food...Awesome place....awesome food... wonderful owner and that reflects in th staff.. Mountain View is so lucky to have such an establishment.5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMReally cute sushi restaurant! Was visiting PA area with my boyfriend, it was Mother's Day so most restaurants were booked. I had a conference that ran late so we were keen to eat somewhere nearby but delicious. Bushido had a great menu - seafood and Asian flair (recommend the 3 mushroom fried rice and spicy edamame!). We were lucky enough to score an outside table and our server was kind enough to put the heat lamp on. Overall the service was fantastic and I would definitely recommend eating here!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMWent with the specials ofWent with the specials of the night, which I rarely do.

The seating is roomy and comfy and the ambiance is relaxing. The reservation staff has accomodated my request for a corner table to allow the kids more room to walk around.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMIncredible flavors, incredibleIncredible flavors, incredible service. You will love it! We certainly did.3/2/2013 12:00:00 AMNice Japanese Choice in Mtn.ViewWe enjoyed Bushido for lunch. Highlights included the delicious (reportedly house-made) Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, shrimp tempura, and tonkatsu (parts of two bentos). Rice was flavorful, but slightly overcooked. Salads were dressed in wafu, but some of the greens were a little rusty (to be fair, I would have eaten them at home, but I expect better and fresher at a restaurant). Sauces seemed to be missing; no soy, tamari, or shichimi on the table; no sesame-soy for the Gyoza, no karashi for the tonkatsu. But, food was fresher than at other Japanese restaurants we've tried, Miso soup was better than the average, and service was good- host very friendly and warm; waitress rather abrupt. We will return and recommend this restaurant.1/15/2013 12:00:00 AM
