… a good friend of mine in Rolla that Johnny's would be closing for good some 35 years later. My wife Tanya and I had just discussed building a BBQ restaurant on the "Bagnell Dam Strip," so we decided to give Johnny a call… The only thing we changed was the name to Burnt Ends as that was my favorite item on Johnny's menu and a signature dish of Johnny's for nearly 4 decades. The same great Ribs, Burnt Ends, Briskett, and Pulled Pork that Johnny made are offered on our menu along with several new dishes we added.
