Ce corps gras d'origine végétale, obtenu par le broyage des fèves de cacao, permet d'encapsuler les jus et les saveurs.

Since 1996, this Italian steakhouse is the best-kept secret in Montreal. Without forgetting its pasta and polenta, this restaurant specializes in grilled meat, cooked in Mycryo cocoa butter. This 100% vegetable fat, obtained by pressing the cocoa beans, enables to encapsulate the juices and the flavours.

  • "The real problem here is that there probably isn't any better restaurants in the area. This is simple Italian food at a premium price. These are classic dishes found in any Italian home but no Italian would pay $15+ for a simple pasta plate. As for the grill... Same thing, nothing that will blow your mind or keep you coming for more. The resto needs renovations as the windows have tape on them and if you do want to see the worst looking stone walll, this is ur restaurant. Service, well that slow and discouraging as well. At lunch there was one waiter for the entire restaurant and he thought the most important thing to do was to stock the fridges instead of bringing drinks to clients. Also, don't order an espresso cuz it ain't esprosso...lol"
