Their huevos "Bulla" have easily got to be one of the best dishes in Miami. A nice breeze flowed through the dining room through these beautiful french doors which made it a very pleasant environment to dine in. The decor is contemporary and very tasteful. It had a great ambiance and a nice crowd. The Spanish playlist was a bonus. It reminded me of fun vacations in Spain.
The brunch Menu they offer was not a full menu. The manager did say that they plan on rolling out newer dishes every week. The restaurant was full and brimming with energy, and yet our dining experience felt cozy. The staff was fast, responsive and friendly. Our tapas were flavorful and the menu reflects a creative, modern twist on traditional Spanish tapas. The Gamabas Al Ajillo, in particular, were bursting with flavor. Our waitress suggested we try their special, a Dorada fish, stuffed with perfectly tender spring vegetables. The fish was elegantly presented and the vegetables augmented the natural flavor of the fish.
