At The Iroquois Room, Healy focuses on tradition and a return for him to French Cuisine alongside his highly-acclaimed Regional American Cuisine. The menu has several Buffalo Club classics and a new selection of dishes finished at tableside. Texas dry rub Tomahawk Chop, Dover Sole roasted on the bone and a cheese cart with selections from around the world are just a few dishes which will be prepared tableside.
