"Great food and great time! Even though the food was good, I found $15 for iceberg lettuce with blue cheese (wedge salad) was just ridiculous. I was excpecting expensive, but that was a bit crazy. $45 for salads for 3? I'm glad I went, would recommend it, but probably won't be back. However, that said, I'm glad I dined at Chophouse and did have wonderful service and a great time along with good food."

"Food and staff were good, however our water and wine glasses did not get refilled promptly. As we were seated next to the serving station, my husband got up once and refilled our water glasses. He also had to get up to refill my wine glass. If the practice is to not put a bottle of red wine on our table, then the staff should ensure our glasses are kept full. Especially during the meal when you most want to pair the wine with your entree."

"We had what we thought was the best table in the restaurant, but the service was not commensurate with the price of the meal. The menu has not changed since the place opened and they have too many potato options (six) and not one pasta, risotto or rice side dish. Lobster mac and cheese would be nice."

"Hostess area so close to the bar patrons and a missing hostess made things a bit confusing upon entering. Food was good but not stellar. Service was very good but staff seemed to be reading from a script rather than adding some personality. Great wine recommendation from our server! Special requests were cheerfully fulfilled. As good as it will get in Buffalo for steak but no matter how hard they try, this is not NYC."
