We found it at Buds, wonderful help, one of the best prime ribs I have had, and my wife loved the food and the setting. Its only about 15 minutes north of Westminster MD. and well worth the drive. Keep in mind its a small restaurant so you will want to make reservations. As someone who worked in a restaurant when young I know how much effort goes into the type of service we experienced at Buds. Service was excellent and the food delicious. Baked oysters with the perfect amount of horseradish topped with flying fish roe. Dinner was the fish of the day - monk fish topped with a vanilla vodka cream sauce with crab meat - delicious. It is always a tough decision what to have for dinner as the regular menu items are consistently above par...the duck 2 ways is a favorite. We love the attention to detail at Bud's...especially Chef Ken's visit to our table to see how our dining experience is or if there is anything he or his staff could do for us. The NY Strip for 2 was perfectly prepared and melted in our mouths. An absolutely fantastic experience.
