A word from Buddha Sky Bar

AMG RESTAURANTS presents Buddha Sky Bar; an Asian concept with design and cuisine influences rooted in Chinese and Japanese interpretations.

A discrete third floor location with off the Avenue access creates an exclusive feel for guests upon arrival. A glass encased rooftop arboretum… overlooks downtown Delray Beach. A walk through the kitchen leads to the outdoor "Chef's Table", perfect for private events. Asian accents complement the authenticity of the cuisine featuring Dim Sum, Sushi, & Wok selections from our 'from-scratch' kitchen.

The three-part menu nods to different food preparations including an open sushi bar, a full kitchen as well as Delray Beach's first Binchotan charcoal grill. In addition to traditional menu items like Peking Style Duck it also features a great vegetarian selection.

Buddha Sky features full dinner service at all seats. Due to limited space, reservations are recommended, including bar & sushi bar seats. Continued

"Once again great meal and service at one of my favorite places on Atlantic Avenue. I loved the hot & sour soup, which is quite different than any other kind I have had. The various rolls were quite good, and at half price until 6PM a great deal as well. The grilled black cod skewers were fantastic, and unlike any other cod you've probably had. This is also known as sablefish in the Pacific NW by the way.

There is a pretty cool outdoor patio that you should try if you have enough people. Greta view of downtown."

"Really recommend chicken and beef skewers, pineapple fried rice,grouper, wonderful edamame and amazing rock shrimp tempura. Love the peanut butter and jelly wontons for dessert! It's peanut butter in a fried wonton that you dip in the most amazing jam! I have found the waiters are fine, pleasant enough, but the assistant waiters who bring the food are SO nice. So is the manager, he is always looking so professional, smiling, and is very friendly. Very loud, I wouldn't recommend this for a quiet, intimate dinner. I was a bit put off bc we wanted a spot by the window which I requested. They said they were already all reserved, yet the entire time we were there, one for my amt of people stayed open."

"We have lots of choices these days and this is my favorite place by far. We ordered something from each section of the menu so we got a little taste of everything. I had the kimchee Seabass with edamame risotto! OMG! So good! Also had the king shumai dumplings, the handsome rob sushi and the Peking duck. All of which were very impressive. We will be returning again very soon! Service was excellent as usual and the manager Damien always makes sure we have an excellent time! Love me some Buddha Sky bar!!!"
