Buca di Beppo - Times SquareGreat StartWe had a nice experience at this newly opened family style restaurant in Times Square. The staff is friendly and efficient.The food is good and plentiful. Some minor details will be worked out but we certainly will return. Tommy the server was great. Met one of the managers, Heather who was welcoming and making sure everything was alright. I went for my friends birthday and they came out to sing for her bringing out this huge old fashioned 3 candel, candelstick and a birthday card signed by the entire waiting staff, with her name on it. they also take you picture profesionaly. It's a little pricey but the food is worth it, one small dish can feed 2 people, a large dish can feed 4. it was a great experience, and i cant wait to go again.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMHUGE PORTIONSYes if you have been to a Buca di Beppo before you should be aware they offer Family Style Dining at a decent price. Cheap wine, and good food, sounds ok to me :). WE HAD A PASTA DISH CALLED" PASTA SAN REMO" AND IT WAS ALSO GOOD AND VERY FILLING.

There were only 2 of us and even though it was family style, it allows for smaller parties. I was with a group of four people eating lunch before a Broadway show. We ordered antipasti, a small chicken parmagiana, a small apple gorgonzola salad, and two desserts. The food was delicious. The small entrees fed the four of us. It was the perfect amount of food that would cost a lot more anywhere else. Even though we had a small group, family-style still worked for us! So when we heard that there was one opening in Times Square we were very excited. Enjoyed our meal on our visit there last Sunday. The salad was plentiful and delicious, but the pizza was cold. They made a new one for us and took it off the bill. They also gave us coffee and would have given us dessert if we wanted it.
