We arrives 10 minutes prior to our reservation and were seated right on time. When we were seated, they walked us thru the kitchen so we could see everything. It was a little different but actually very enjoyable. I saw an appetizer being prepared and it looked so tempting that I ordered it. The service was great and as for the food, it too was very good, but be warned, there's so much food that everyone leaves with a doggie bag. We ate so much and yet our bag still weighed about 5 pounds.

Mis-behaved. Shame on the parent/grandparent, but shame on Buca for not asking
Them to keep their children from climbing all over the booth and keep their voices
Down. For the $125 we spent, I could have gone to any other restaurant in southlake

We had an infant with us and we were seated in a room with other people with children which removed the stress of eating out with a baby. We ordered bread as an appetizer and it did not arrive promptly because it was taken to another table. When the manager found out (not from us), they brought us bread, comped it and added a salad as well.
The manager happily took care of a situation that was no fault of the waiter, with no one in our party alerting him. That is an excellent way to run a business and foster good employees. Customer service others should model after. We will be back.
