  • "We enjoyed it so much. My kids had never been to your restaurant before and really want to go back next time we are in Seattle"

  • "Haven't been here for quite some time. I was surprised that 7pm on a Sunday evening was so quiet. I'd estimate that they were about 30-40% full. The food was still good -- just something about greasy italian that just hits the spot."

  • "Great service, too much food ! Enough for next days lunch."

  • "food was similar to olive garden quality, large portions (family-style dining recommended). great for groups especially with kids."

  • "Good house wine, ordered too much food for 4 people. A small Pizza is $18. Large portions. Pasta overload."

  • "We went to Buca di Beppo for my birthday, and it was a fun experience. The dishes are served "family style" - you get a large portion to share with everyone at the table. We ordered Chicken Prosciutto, which was heavenly - breaded chicken breasts filled with melted mozzarella and prosciutto, a Ceasar salad, and linguini, which was fresh and delicious. We topped it off with a "Mt. Vesuvius" birthday cake which was scrumptious and huge enough that we took half of it home. The waitstaff was cheerful and helpful. All in all, a great night."

  • "I have been to Buca di Beppo before and enjoyed it but this time it was very dissappointing. The food was really bad. The silverware and plates were dirty and the overall experience was not enjoyable."

  • "My wife and daughter had some stuffed pasta shells and thought they were a little too spicy, but other than that, everything was great. Last week we had requested the kitchen table for my daughter's 13th birthday with an online reservation, but then on Saturday someone called to say they don't look at online requests until the day of the reservation.... and had already given the table to someone else... Why don't you look at online reservation requests when they come in instead of waiting until the day of the reservation? Why bother having that comment section if by the time anyone looks at it, it is too late to accommodate?"

  • "Love the family style dishes. Mussel appetizer was terrific. Nice kids' menu, but service was quite slow for kids. Difficult for them to sit for 2 hours with not much to do...5&7 year olds. I should have asked the server to be faster with the courses. Great place for a family party..especially for older kids. Nice having Grandpa sung to..."

  • "It was great to make a same day reservation for 6, at 6 and get to use a coupon too! Service was wonderful, the room noise was low so we had great conversation, but not so quiet we couldn't have a good laugh. It was casual, and the food was good!"

  • "Buca di Beppo is one our family's favorite restaurants. Always good food and the portions are HUGE. Sharing dishes with the whole table over a glass of Chianti was the highlight of our recent trip to Seattle. Combine that with a fun, playful wait staff and you get the perfect meal. Unfortunately, we didn't save room for desert!"

  • "The food and service is great as well as the prices. The restaurant was full with high schoolers who were taking there dates to prom, birthday parties in other sections and there was a bridal shower going on next to us. It is a very busy restaurant where family and friends come to celebrate special occasions as well as date night."

  • "don't have a website that asks for specific things reserver wishes you to know prior to getting there if your not going to use them. don't tell customer about birthday festivity offered if your not gonna bother doing them. don't serve bread that will break teeth while eating it. just a few suggestion."

  • "I remember going to this restaurant 10+ years ago and having fond memories of it. My daughter who had never been but had heard that it was a really fun place was encouraging us to go as a family before we went to a show downtown. The intent in all this was that the dining experience would compliment a fun night out, unfortunately it did not. The atmosphere was how I remembered it to be campy Italian, festive the servers were fun but the food was absolutely terrible. Bland and overpriced. The food here seemed to be an afterthought. Luckily the evening was not a total bust, the show at the Paramount was great, but I will never go to Buca di Beppo again."

  • "It's a nice & noisy place for family birthdays, and groups with kids (precisely why we go). The menu has changed, not necessarily to my liking, and the food quality seems to have slipped a bit over the years, but the portions remain generous. Our waitress, Mel I think, was awesome. So friendly, helpful and accomodating. If you want to have an intimate conversation, don't plan on it. Basically think Chuck-E-Cheese for Adults."

  • "We have gone several times and this time it wasn't the best experience. Our server was great, when they asked us to move tables to accommodate a larger party it was no issue. When we were settling the bill, the server made a mistake on our ticket (not a big deal) as we discovered it, she came back at the same time realizing she had made the error. The issue was the manager who made a stink about it in front of us to the server. We were not upset, we told her it wasn't a big deal, it was going to be fixed, yet she made it uncomfortable based on her reaction. Please read your audience!"

  • "Always a fun place to go they have good old fashioned Italian food in red sauce. Not gourmet but very tasty. You need to come hungry and with people with whom you can agree on food as it is family style."

  • "Loveable waitstaff, great food, very tolerant of high-energy groups, everyone will leave with leftovers!"

  • "My husband and I where to celebrate our anniversary. We where sat by the workers check in room even though we where the only diners in the room. As the workers where coming and going (many times must have been shift change). They where loud and having their own conversation. Also , sadly our waitress was ok at best. We never received bread. She was indifferent. We have always enjoyed this restaurant before but it will be the last time we venture there. Sad"

  • "Took my daughter and a bunch of friends from UW for a birthday dinner. Super easy for a group. The restaurant is understanding about changing the number of people, etc. we had fun with them carding me (I am 51). Festive atmosphere and they sang Happy Birthday."

  • "What a great atmosphere for family and friends. Buca is very kid friendly and the food is Italian at it's best."

  • "My daughter was at the restaurant with 2 of her friends and they found several black hairs in their salad and food. The waiter graciously took the salad off of the bill, but not the pasta dishes, unfortunately. We will not be returning."

  • "Warm friendly, family size portions. Great place to celebrate a family Birthday."

  • "We haven't eaten their for the past 3 years and when our family went we were all very disappointed with the poor quality of the food. The appetizer ($24) for a family of four was greasy, salty and unappetizing. The chicken cacciatore was dry as well as the ziti. The bread with mozzarella was designed for little kids that like cheese but it was like eating a sponge to the adults. Never again, what a let down. No wonder the place was empty, guess we were the last to hear about the degradation of food quality."

  • "We had a good time. The service was great. The ambiance was great, but the food was only just good. A little on the pricey side. Parking not convenient."

  • "As usual, we loved the food, the environment and the service was fantastic!! The only hitch was that when we ordered, I asked for a pizza to go and it never came. I will definitely return to the restaurant and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! Everything else was fantastic and we have always had great experiences in the past. Just a little disappointed that the pizza was forgotten."

  • "It started out with a free appetizer, and each and every staff member greeting us! The line boss, showed us all the dishes headed out and even though in the mad rush of the kitchen, (we chose to sit at the mafia dining table in the kitchen), our waiter forgot to post a part of our order, we were served in gracious time and were comped our magnificent Mnt, Vesuvius cake as apology. The kids really enjoyed the clatter and din as well the food selections, and mother and father where able to have a relaxed fun time. P.S. the veal in lemon and artichoke heart was to die for!"

  • "It's been awhile since i have dined at Buca, and was looking forward to it since it was my birthday. It was not amazing, and things went downhill once I realized that my chicken parm was raw. Took almost 10 minutes to flag down my server. The meal was over by the time they made new parm so they just sent it with us to go. They were out of both desserts I wanted. It was a bummer since it was my birthday dinner."

  • "Had valentines dinner there, overall very good but you have to be ready to share your meal because it's all family style. I would have liked if some options were single serve because it forced my husband and I to share our meal."

  • "Buca's has been our go-to restaurant for years. Mostly because of the "Pope Room" where we can fit the whole family around the table. We hadn't been in a while and when it came time for Valentine's Day, we thought it would be fun. We had a reservation and the table was ready on time. This is especially notable since it was Valentine's Day. The hostess was friendly and our waiter was helpful as well. The food was predictable, but in my opinion, was over priced. We got the small salmon and we got two small pieces with too many toppings to make it look bigger. $30 was too much for the size of the portion. While I would recommend Buca's to a large group. It really isn't meant for couples."

  • "The sorrounding and the staff are great . The food not as good. The spaghetti and meatballs didn't have enought sauce and tasted like can Sauce to watery. The meatballs smell like dog food and weren't really good. Their stuffed chicken was to hard and over cooked. Their garlic cheese bread was good so was the salad I recommend if you eat here eat something else and bring a big group so you can focus on talking and not so much eating. Maybe next time I'll try their specialty pasta it's looked a lot better"

  • "I went here for Valentine's Day, and the scenery was perfect for a romantic dinner. I had the baked rita pasta. It was good but more on the plain side, and wished it was more saucier, especially with the noodles on the edges around the plate. The bread was delicious and our waiter was genuine and friendly. I've had other pastas before from going here previous times and loved it, so I will try something different the next time I go! Thanks for a great dinner!"

  • "As usual, the food at Buca di Beppo was quite good. Nice variety and very tasty. The service providers were attentive and thorough. The only negative to an evening of family dining was the noise level. It was pretty much impossible to carry on a conversation with anyone at the table except for the person sitting next to you."

  • "If your on a date for two get small or share one dish. But if you have 4 or more get large. Definitely a well portioned serving of food. You will go home with leftovers."
