The staff is very friendly. It's a bit loud for large groups and with the long tables makes it a bit hard to converse to the entire group. So, it was a bit loud but it didn't stop us from being able to talk with each other. The food was delicious and the service wonderful, although she seemed to show up just as we were in the middle of a story. She couldn't know though. It was noisy enough that the kids weren't a problem, but quiet enough that we could all talk easily. But, when I asked for butter to go with the bread, the server said the restaurant was out of butter. But when I told several friends that I was going there they all had great things to say about the service and the food. They were right it was a wonderful experience. The food is consistently great and the service is always outstanding. Julian our server was great. Very tentative to our table and was very engaging with our whole family. Servers are attentive. With or without reservations, every table is a good one. A bit disappointed that the birthday celebrations are only for those who were able to show their email or proof of email. We had a large group a celebrated 3 birthdays, but, only one of the birthday person was given their treat. We arrived early, so I could tell the server how we were paying and gave her the coupons. I was disappointed that once everyone was at the table she came back twice to the table with the coupons to ask questions and then after we paid she made it a point to return the one coupon we had left. It was just embarrassing in front of all of our guests that we used a coupon to pay for everyone. She was a very nice girl and the service was great. I just think when you have invited a group (not just myself & spouse) for a birthday party and you pull out coupons, it’s just embarrassing.
Plus I wasn't told that the birthday person did not get a slice of cake or anything. Once I figure that out I bought dessert for the table.3/11/2013 12:00:00 AM
