Our party had 8 people and we were seated in the doggy disco which was a fun little nook in the restaurant that our mother's really enjoyed and allowed us to all sit comfortably in a booth type seat. My mother said we should dine there again sometime soon because she enjoyed our time and stated that it is a nice place for a family style dinner where we could all chat and enjoy each other's company.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMJust RightOur party arrived over a half hour period and the wait staff was very understanding. The food was hot and tasty and the noise level was just right, not so loud you couldn't hold a conversation, not so quiet you felt a need to whisper the more private tidbits. Buca's delivered a typically above average experience.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGood dining - online reservation :(Dinner was good and our table was ready for us even though it was really busy with many people waiting. However, the online reservation was awful. It didn't hold the correct number of people and also confirmed a different time that what we selected without giving us an option to correct or change it. I had to call the restaurant twice. There was no need to make reservations online. Besides the person who picked up the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Dinner was very good. We didn't see our waitress too often but she was attentive when around. Dinner taste was just good. Nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was good and the kids could look around at everything on the walls and ceilings.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful experience!This was our first trip to Buca di Beppo - Reading and it was as wonderful as the other Buca's we've been too. The food was awesome, the service was aces and the decor was as fun as ever! Make sure you come hungry because the servings are huge and delicious! We shared two small entrees between three of us and had leftovers. Save room for dessert. Their homemade Tiramisu was the best we've ever had! I made reservations for the kitchen table. The look on my wife & niece's faces when we walked into the kitchen was PRICELESS! It was fairly quiet due to the time of day, but the service was excellent along with our experience. The chef made us complimentary motzerralla (SP) bites which were truly the best we ever had, and the staff all signed a special birthday card for my niece, then sang to her.
