When we told the people our name, they took us to our table without any wait. I thought it was cool how they take us throught the kitchen. They divide the whole restaurant into smaller rooms for more privacy. The food was good, but it was very slow, as it took the lady 20 minutes to realize that she forgot one of our drinks. The food was wonderful. My son-in-law said it was his best restaurant experience. He is still talking about the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken. My family had never been to Bucca's before and I wanted a special place for us to visit and enjoy. When we arrived and I questoned why we didn't have the Pope's table and I was told that because I made the reservation through you and not directly with them that they had given the room to someone else, whose reservation was made after mine. We had great food and service, however the 10 of us were seated at tables placed together, against a corner, with one table very wobbly. I had to slide in the length of the long table to the corner. Made reservations for Easter and we got seated right away. Love the atmosphere and the many different rooms for dining. The decor and the many pictures on the wall were very intriguing and generated some interesting conversation. Best part of all, however, was the great food! I had veal parm and my wife had chicken marsala. Even the small portions were too much to finish (but we took it home and enjoyed our meal all over again the next day!) And the delicious tiramisu for dessert was the perfect way to cap off an excellent afternoon! So who cares if the Easter Bunny never made an appearance. It works best if you all agree on a couple of things to order rather than everyone order what they want. Your bill will be more reasonable, and there will be fewer leftovers. Definitely would recommend.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMNew Holiday TraditionI treated my Mother out for Easter on March 31, 2013. As usual we had another great dining experience at Buca in Pineville, NC. The atomsphere reminded me of our large Italian family holiday gatherings. But now we get a great meal without the cooking and clean-up. We don't live close enough to family to spend holidays with them. The restaurant gives us the feeling of a family gathering. In fact Buca has become our new holiday family tradition. We started with Thanksgiving, added Christmas and now Easter.

We will not be back, although we enjoyed it.
