It would have been helpful if our waitress had suggested small portions vs. large. We had so much leftover food. We took it home, but it was just unbelieveably too much left over. The server and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our server was able to recommend food that we all would like, and helped us understand how much we would need to order to serve the 8 people in our party. The food was delivered quickly and was so tasty! It was a fantastic experience and I will absolutely be back soon!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMA bit pricey...For a party of 9, that included 3 kids aged from 5-11, it was over $200 after added 18% gratuity. Based on the ordering structure that is offered at Buca,which makes it more of a family-style meal, the pricing can really set you back. For a family of 3-4, I think it would be much more in line, but for groups, not so much. Also, be sure to ask the same questions you have about the menu to all servers that come to your table, as you have to pull helpful ordering information out of some, while others offer tips( too bad they weren't the primary server, their info would have helped greatly PRIOR to ordering). All in all, food was very good. Part of our group arrived approximately 1/2 before our reservation and were seated almost immediately (on Easter Sunday!) Absolutely no pressure from the staff and we were treated royally. I know Buca's angle is that they sell "family-sized" portions, but I sure wish individual portions were an option. Our final bill was enormous and there's barely enough room in our fridge for all the left-overs, even after getting just the "2-serving" sizes, which are actually more like 4 servings at least.
The restaurant is *terribly* loud.

We love trying out different restaraunts and new food. Our waiter was THE BEST waiter we have come across in our dinning experiences. He was always there to help us right before we had to ask for help, and the food he recomended was spectacular. LOVE the creme cake! YUM! Wish I could remember his name.
