Shrimp florentine, according to the on-line menu, contained "garlic shrimp". The shrimp to be appeared to come pre-cooked from a bag, or tasted like it. The dish was good, but lacked the flavor I expected. Spaghetti with marinara sauce seemed to be pasta with canned crushed tomatos, and lacked any real flavor or seasoning. With both pasta dishes I had to spice up the left overs which made them better. I have always loved Bucas but was disappointed. Maybe it was due to what we ordered. The bread was less garlicy and the salad tasted like Olive Garden's. Both were good, but not as good as I remembered. Some notes of interest... we had reservation for 8pm but due to a building fire nearby, several guests were delayed till almost 8:30. Buca hostess was extremely patient and cordial considering our delay and made us feel right at home while waiting for our party to arrive. Service (Mike?) was excellent and attentive to our large group.
