"very excited taking grand children and adult children to restaurant for special dinner, we have been to one of your restaurants in S Florida,drove 1 1/2 hours to Jacksonville Easter Sunday and wished we had stayed home..
i will say every one of the staff we encountered was wonderful and this poor review has no bearing on them..
1. we at first received a small brushetta rather than a large, did not realize it till we got bill ,had to cut into small pieces so each of the 8 people in our party could have a "taste"...
2. they brought out wrong pasta dish and rushed to get our correct choice, so the macaroni was hard and cold..
3. appeared to be shortstaffed, waited for drinks, cheese
4. table uncomfortable for 8 people with kids..

"Enjoyed our evening. We had guests in town and one of them had parents that use to live in Malta. Interesting for this person as it was very authentic. Made a hit for him especially. Food was great. He kept commenting on all the pictures and anything hanging around as it was part of his heritage. He mentioned that on the menu or something sitting on the table that the word Salute was spelled wrong? We were just looking at him like it wasn't......he said is was originally spelled Salude.....all new to me! We told him they americanized it for us! :o) All in all a great time - I shared the gorgonzala salad with someone and the guys had veal and chicken. Everyone liked their food."

"The food was good, but not stellar. The service was excellent -- our waitress was attentive without hovering. The serving sizes are overwhelming so leave your diet at home and prepare to share with a friend or take home tomorrow's lunch. I am not a fan of chains, but will be a repeat customer."
