  • "I attended with 9 friends for my birthday. It was the perfect place to enjoy good food with great friends. The staff was attentive and helped make my celebration special. We preordered the food so when we got there everything was all set enabling us to just have fun"

  • "Service was okay, Food was cold, entrees were burnt, overall a place not to return to."

  • "Lots of choices for adults & kids - great family style dining - sharing entrees, etc. Dining plates themselves are too small. Noise level is high. Also didn't realize that salad is not included in the meal, so had to order that as well. We did enjoy our meal and will definitely go back."

  • "Took longer than normal to get food but may be because we needed wheat pasta. Limoncello martini didn't taste the same but they redid it for me"

  • "I chose Buca for my wife's birthday to celebrate with our family and in-laws. We had a terrific time. Everyone at the table not only left stuffed full of food but also left with plenty of leftovers which is not that hard to do at Buca when the food and selection is that good. I would recommend this restaurant for any large or small groups. Just remember the larger the group the larger selection of good for at the table."

  • "I liked this restaurant. My fiance and I wanted to go somewhere different and we wanted Italian food. The service was good, our waitress Amy was amazing. The food was really good and rich. The only two things that we had an issue with his that the prices were a bit on the high side and I'm sure this was because of the type of restaurant and it's location. And also one of the menu items that I wanted was sold out so this was a bit disappointing but other than that this restaurant was good. I would come here again."

  • "When we arrived at the restaurant,we discovered they had been closed downfor a days due to no power. We were very upset driving almost an hour for nothing! Second time making reservations at a Bucaand having issues,I will no longer rely on online reservations.I will return for the food, service, and atmosphere!"

  • "I met with my 2 cousins to celebrate our birthdays. It is in a central location for all of us. Our server was very gracious and did not rush us through our meal as we are ALL talkers. The food was great and the server helped us figure out the best way to use all of our coupons. Your restaurant has become our go-to place to meet. This was our third year and we most probably be back for a fourth!"

  • "We were celebrating 2 birthdays and were a party of 6. The food was delicous and presentation was even more festive. Italian all the way! You will not go home hungy and will go home with leftovers."

  • "We went as a couple and got the fettucine alfredo with chicken added and it wasn't good. Chicken was dry and so much sauce. The 1893 salad was good and that is what saved the experience and didn't make me rate the food as poor."

  • "My friend and I went to Buca di Beppo because we had a coupon and hadn't been there in a while so we thought we'd try it. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. One problem was the wine. We each had 1 glass of wine. One was $14 and the other was $12. I could have had 2 decent bottles of wine for that price at a BYOB. Also we expected the portions to be huge and expected a lot of leftovers but they were only slightly bigger than normal restaurant portions. Our bill was $70 before tip for chicken, salad, pasta and the 2 glasses of wine . Enough food for 3 average portions but the quality of the food did not justify the expense. We will not be going back."

  • "We were greeted warmly. One person in our party had never been there before. He was given a tour. Seated promptly. Waitress was there within seconds despite a busy restaurant floor. Food was delicious and our waitress assisted with choices when asked. We met our children there from college who go to Neumann University (in Aston). They loved it and we had a really nice and affordable night out out!"

  • "New Years Eve was a great experience. With reservations we were able to enjoy a good meal and spirits. Most other restaurants require a special menu and prices are out of sight. We really enjoyed our meal."

  • "Dishes are made for at Least two people, you would not want to go here alone! Three of us went and were able to sample several great dishes. The bruschetta was amazing! As was the stuffed chicken and salmon, definitely would recommend,"

  • "I love Buca di Beppo! Delicious food (especially the calamari!) and really cool wall decoration. It's decorated all old classic Italian style with lots of decorations all over. It's family style so the portions are huge and therefore expensive but so worth the money especially if you're splitting entrees with friends! The manager was great and even took two appetizers off of our check when there was a miscommunication with the servers and we weren't served for 20 minutes. But overall wonderful experience and delicious food. One of my favorite restaurants."

  • "I hate to give bad reviews, but we love Buca and have visit several including some af CA,NY and MA. I only have two comments: First: This restaurant unlike the others have two entrances and at the "back" entrance there's no one to tell you where to go, so we waited for service until one employee took us to the host stand. Second: We had one family member that had a birthday, but we where so full that decided not to order dessert, therefore the waitress did NOT sing the B-Day song. I don't expect to receive any free dessert, but yes it would have being nice if even with whipecream on a plate they would have singed!!!"

  • "1st time at this location but the food was just as wonderful as the one in DC. We had a reservation but still waited to be seated. They wrote on the care 4 mins wait to be seated but that wasn't true, we waited longer, also they shoved us into a very tiny table in a corner where it was pretty much impossible to fit the large plates on. Also it was freezing. Everyone was eating with scarves and coats on, very uncomfortable to eat with goosebumps on your arms and scarf around your neck."

  • "I had a wonderful experience as I always do. This is one of a few restaurants that is consistently excellent. I recommend this place every chance I get keep up the fabulous work!"

  • "We had three in our party and only 2 wanted small salads with the meal. Our only option was to order their "small" salad which serves 3-4 people or go without. We went without knowing that we could not really take home the salad leftovers and at $20 for the salad, that's a lot of waste. Food was expensive for pasta dishes too and once again- all the entrees are huge. We won't go there again as it is just not a good fit for us. I would go to Maggianos in King of Prussia for same type of meal, more choices and a smaller bill. Also - Maggiznos gives you a second meal "to go " for free. Lastly, the ambiance at Buca - very dark. Is it supposed to be romantic with the family wrangling 3 kids in the booth next to you??"

  • "Service was good. We really liked having an area of the restaurant just for our group. The food is average. The large portions designed for family style sharing actually reduces the number of dishes we could try. We will go back."

  • "We were lucky to find a restaurant that was even open on xmas. They said they were open until 10 pm, so we made reservations for 8 pm. We arrived at 7:30 pm and a relieved hostess said they were closing at 8 pm. We were sat soon afterwards. A very harried server gave us menus and took our drink orders. My wife got hers. Bread came without butter and I asked for butter and my beer. She apologized again and brought both. Every chicken dish we ordered they were out of. We don't eat beef, so we settled for sausage/ rigatoni and soups. Service was noticibly slow even though at that time, there were few parties left. The mgr. came over and explained that they were a lot busier than they had prepared for, he apologized, again and comped our meal."

  • "We have eaten at Buco on many many occasions and have had a great meal, but Christmas day was not a good one. The restaurant was short on staff, had run out of almost all the food on the menu. Our server tried so hard, but she was buried with so many tables and the one bartender on was 5 drinks behind the wait staff ordering them. We ordered a baked rigatoni and they forgot to put the Mozzerella cheese on the top. A total disaster"

  • "We enjoyed our dinner at Buca di Beppo. The food was very .good. The staff was friendly and offered excellentnt service. Recommendations made by our waitress were very helpful since we had not dined at the restaurant before. We will dine there again."

  • "We had a 6:15 reservation and by that time, there were out of many things...(especially appetizers). The waitress kept making excuses for not bringing us our bread. There were 6 of us..the bread went quickly...She never asked if we wanted more. The food was good...but honestly, we felt rushed and cheated out of some good appetizers."

  • "I will start with the food, as it was excellent, a bit pricy for the portion, but excellent quality. Take out would be the best if you have little ones, as the decor, although meant to be authentic Italian might be a bit too racy for some. My wife was embarrassed and children did not need to see what was considered art for the rest rooms. Also I was a bit surprised at how the pope was used as art. Finally the temperature. The dining room was drafty as there is a secondary entrance that is used and if you are seated in the area, you will need to have a coat, and back to the rest room, it was a sauna. Overall, takeout, the good is great, and you will be more comfortable at home."

  • "We took my parents and my husband's parents there for a nice pre-holiday dinner. The food was great - the service was awesome. I always get the chicken cannelloni and like always it was perfect. My kids were served first (good idea waitress!!) and then we all got to try each other's food from the family style plates. Great time!! And the pictures on the walls of course keep EVERYONE entertained! LOL!"

  • "This is part of a family tradition. We go and see Christmas lights and flowers at Longwood Gardens and then off to Buca for a wonderful family meal. Great service and enough to feed 4 teen and young adult males and 2 parents. They made accommodations for seating with our child with autism. Everything was wonderful."

  • "Although the food was excellent as usual, our waitress seemed very forgetful and taking a long time to get our check. We had to frequently flag another waitress down after waiting a few minutes for drink requests, drink refills and our check and copy of our check and though we wished she was our waitress, she told us she would find Susan and get her to us. It wasn't even busy the night we had gone and I thought it was poor service because she just didn't seem like she enjoyed her job. Other waitresses we had prior to that night, were excellent and ironically, last year, the place was more populated with other diners and we received excellent service from a male waiter and were just bummed we didn't get consistent service."

  • "The service was poor, the food was OK but nothing to rave about. I thought portion sizes were small even though they were supposed to be for multiple diners."

  • "We had a birthday dinner here and the food was yummy as usual and the wait staff was good. We often choose Buca for family gatherings and are never disappointed."

  • "We chose Buca because my mother-in-law is very limited by what she can eat. Buca is a family friendly restaurant with something for everyone on their menu. Our waitress, Cassidy, was outstanding. She accommodated my daughter's egg allergy and helped us celebrate my wife's birthday with a giant brownie sundae and singing. I think they were understaffed at the bar on the 5th which slowed service a little but otherwise our experience was very favorable."

  • "We took my daughter out to dinner at Buca for her 20th birthday. We have been to Buca before, although we usually went to the one in Cherry Hill, NJ. SOOOOO sorry they closed that one as it was MUCH closer to us. Now we can't go as often because of the distance. ANYWAYYYY.....the food was DELICIOUS as usual. We have been consistently pleased with the food itself and the portions. Our waiter, Brian, was very good. Helpful but not overly. The ONLY annoying thing was a female diner in another room whose laughter was continuously loud and grating. It carried throughout the whole restaurant.....and that is NOT an exaggeration."
