"Had a group of 7 at 9pm seated on time. Service was slow and not really busy. Ordered pasta dishes which were O.K. had better. Chicken parmigiana the best I have every tasted. Also, ordered a Margherita pizza.
Here's where it get's good! The server informed us they are out of PIZZA WTF... 20 minutes after we had ordered and recieved our bread and pastas. Give me a break. Thats like McDonalds saying we are out of Big Macs! They did not even offer us anything in place. Spoke to Genral Manager after dinner and He gave me his card. They don't care, some other fool will eat there. My money means nothing. $180.00 bill. plus left $25.00 tip. I won't go back."

"Service was some of the worst I have had in awhile. We ordered a salad with no olives. It came with Olives. The waitress said: "well can't you just pick around them?" Definitely not going back;"

"We hoped for an adequate meal, but the food was poor and the service was non-existent. I ordered soup; it came out cold. I wanted a server to return it to the kitchen to warm it up, but despite a huge wait staff (busy socializing and loitering), no one bothered to check on us. The tomato and mozzarella was way too salty. We were never served bread. We ordered a second round of drinks which never came. We were ready to order more food; waiter never returned. I don't know how this place stays in business.....less service than a fast food joint. This is NOT a restaurant....worst place in Las Vegas. Skip it."

"Since they closed our Buca in Buffalo, NY whenever my husband and I travel we try to find a Buca in the area we will be in. We love the food and hope the restaurant will one day return to our city."
