  • "The food was reasonably priced and the portions were huge. For an Italian restaurant not to make spaghetti and meatballs good (2 out of 10) says a lot about the place. The chicken parm was a 6 out of 10. The salad was good and the service was very good. The place was nice I won't go back. I would rather have a medium size portion at a regular price than to get a lot of cheap food for a cheap price. That's just me! Judge for yourself."

Lemarl replaced it with a new order which was better, but still not as good as usual. We have been going to Buca DI Beppo for years at your Ft. Lauderdale location which was our favorite until you closed it. We were so happy to see the new location in coral springs, but have been disappointed 2 out of 3 times. Don't think we will be going back !!"

Now although the food amounts are too much for two including dessert, they had an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms that sounded good but was 14.49 for 6 small mushrooms, WHAT? Makes no sense! Family night out is good!"

  • "A valentine dinner for 2 to be given a table on patio scene in entrance to the mall. Very noisy. Other tables full of kids in this area. Ambience not good for romantic dinners on Valentines Day. Unless you get lucky and get seated inside. Yes had reservation for 2! I guess it's a usual mall restaurant. Food was great though!"

  • "My girlfriend and I decided to dine at Buca di Beppo for Valentines day this year. I have been many times, this was my girlfriends first time. The food is always great. The ambiance is cool, and the staff is helpful. My only critique on this visit and this location are as follows: The hosts seemed confused and overwhelmed. It wasnt crazy busy, full, but not many people waiting. Maybe train them a little better. This location being in the mall, not such a great idea to have seating "outside" looking at people entering and leaving the mall. It completely kills the buca experience. Hostess attempted to seat us there, no way would we accept paying for that. On a bright note our server was very kind. He didnt rush us and made us feel welcome."

  • "Our server was very nice but forgot things. Veal Marsala was terrible. Double charged alcohol drink. Ordered a carafe of wine, brought us a bottle instead. Tried to charge us for the bottle instead of the carafe as promised. Not servers fault. It was confusing as we wanted separate checks so I don't blame him. I blame the kitchen for the veal and the see era helpers who failed to follow up on simple requests."

  • "Food was great, server very attentive and friendly. Horrible seats by the mall entrance, hard to enjoy dinner while unsupervised kids screamed and ran past. Also clueless parents at the next table allowed them to bang forks together the entire meal.. Recommend them to put parties with just adults inside the restaurant and keep families with small kids on the noisey patio. Would've ordered alcohol and dessert, but couldn't wait to leave."

  • "Have dined at Bucca de Peppo many times, this time we were seated next to a table of 14 that was just seated. Our waiter was trying to serve us and the table for 14. We were at the mercy of the large group, us being a booth of 4 were there for almost 2 hours. We watched the table of 14 leave as we waited for our check. Our waiter was trying his best and apologized many times, we even felt sorry for him. Moral of this story ask to be seated away from large party."

  • "Enjoyed the ambience with the picstures on the wall and the Italian music. The pizza was the best I've had in a long time. The baked Ziti and chicken could have used a little more spice but were excellent. Only problem was we didn't have a full appreciation on the size of "large", so our take home was almost as much as we ate and the price accordingly. Next time we will do the small sizes. Overall good dinner and we will return."

From the friendly greeting when we entered the restaurant to the excellent service we received from our server Marrisa, to the manager Tracy following up to check on our experience and the two bus boys thanking us for coming in and wishing us a good evening. It was a perfect evening."

  • "What a disappointment! The waitperson was excellent, very helpful and friendly. However, the food!! The calamari appetizer looked like it came from a very anorexic squid, tiny circles of meat and scary looking tentacles. The breading totally covered up the taste of the calamari and was greasy as well. Then came our entree- spaghetti and meatballs, which looked so good on the menu. Our plate arrived and we were totally grossed out. I know their balls are large, but these looked like overdone bocci balls of ground beef, dark brown and crusty. We tasted one and I couldn't even eat it. We sent it back and got eggplant parmesan, again disappointing because it seemed to be deep fried eggplant, covered with a tiny bit of melted cheese."

  • "I had the mixed green salad. It wasn't bad but it did taste very plain. The dressing just didn't give it any flavor. I added salt/pepper but it didn't help. Besides the salad, the food was amazing! Didn't get to try dessert because we got very full but seated at the kitchen table we saw all of them (and they looked very good). I enjoyed the environment but I wished there was more interaction between the servers/cooks and the kitchen table. Overall, I would go back but not to the kitchen table."

  • "we booked a reservation for 8 we were put in the bar area in a booth that sat 6 max I had to sit on a bar stool on the outside ... not nice at all.. I will not be going back there anytime soon because of that when you put $$$ ahead of your guests .. it is a problem..."

  • "Service, ambience, food -- all good. Our party of two ordered the Caesar salad (just croutons and lettuce) and the Pasta Diavolo with shrimp. The latter was supposed to be spicy, but it was mild. The shrimp were too tiny and too few. But the portions were very ample. We had cannolini $10 for dessert, and would have preferred the sauce on the side for dipping rather than on the plate as a skidmark.. A cup of coffee was $3. Glass of their own Rosso was $5. The bill with tax and tip was $68. With that type of pricing, we won't be dining there often. They need some low-priced specials if they want repeat customers. Is a simple romaine salad really worth $13? Is a bowl of penne with a few shrimp worth $25? I don't think so."

  • "We decided to eat out this year. Bucca Di Beppo served a delicious meal for 3 or 6. Everything was delicious especially the sausage stuffing.The meal for three was almost enough for four of us, only because not everyone ate all side dishes. Usually, Bucca gives generous portions, but not for the Thanksgiving meal. It was just enough because we ordered an additional pasta dish. It would have been nice to have a little larger portions, but everything was very good. Service personnel were very attentive. All in all, a good day and no clean up!"

  • "Bad dinner experience, took two hours to eat, waitress forgot to get sugar for tea, I had to get up and get. Waitress brought back signed bill withour credit card(waited 15 for her to get receipt back). Had to track her down. Many more problems, have written whole account but two big for this review. Had to drive back next day for card, hour plus drive time and gas. Can send full review with email address."

  • "Dined here with my family on Thanksgiving. Had also been once before. I recommend the baked ziti and apple crostada both very good! Still needs some finishing touches as far as service which is expected for a newer restaurant. I hope this makes it as it's the only sit down restaurant with table service at the mall and the food is pretty good! Good luck to you guys!!!"

  • "We used to go to the Buca in Pompano and enjoyed it very much, so my son said he wanted to try the new one in Coral Springs for his birthday, It's close to where we live. Our waiter was absolutely excellent, but I would describe the food as "functional Italian," meaning that its was bountiful but not particularly interesting or tasty. Did like the apple and gorgonzola salad though. I doubt that we will return."

  • "Sub-standard food & the view is the food court of the mall. Fried mozzarella extremely greasy & veal parm so tough my son actually lost a piece of his braces on it. My youngest son ordered a pizza from the children's menu which arrived with a piece of a latex glove on it, which brings me to what WAS good about the experience. The manager was at our table within minutes and was fantastic - checked on my son, removed the pizza from the bill and brought to our table the biggest dessert we've ever had. More importantly, the entire time that we were there he was going from tables to bar to checking in guests. He was definitely a worker, and the wait staff also was great. Unfortunately it doesn't off-set the quality of the food."

  • "We went last friday to the recently open rest in Coral Springs FL. We liked and the kids love it. The server was very good. Our only note was on the food: the lasagna and the bread were not very hot when served. I think it was from warm to cold."

  • "We were a group of 8 so the family style dinners worked fine for us, the platters were huge and each item was delicious. We got the trio appetizer platter and that was great, then we got two small platters of the chicken roll trio and eggplant parm, both delicious and the eggplant was one of the best I've had. Also got a large bowl of pasta with sausage and there was plenty of food to go around. They have my favorite wine by the glass, Little Black Dress Chardonnay, and offer a small carafe moderately priced so it was all good. Our waiter was excellent, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and it was just a fun time with some really good food. Our waiter was Jonathan and he was excellent!"
