They can accomodate your needs to be with, or away from, children, and the menu includes kid-friendly items. The menu is family-style dining -- "small" feeds 2-3, so sharing lends to the Romance, and "large" feeds 4-6, so you can feed the whole family or a group of close friends without breaking the bank.6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMFun Dining ExperienceThis was our thrd time at Buca di Beppo and the second time at the kitchen table. While the noise and energy level in the kitchen is high, the experience was a lot of fun. The staff is courteous, fun, and well-trained. The portions are very generous, and everything we had was very good. The Apple Gorgonzola Salad is incredible. We learned from previous experience that even for four or five people, the small sizes are very ample if we plan to order three or four items. The food is served family style so it is so much more fun to invite a few friends, order several different dishes and have a taste of all them. I always have to start with the Antipasti Salad,and don't forget the Calamari(I can taste them now -yum) and I love the stuffed shells. and the Tiramisu is to die for. We do not have a Buca di Beppo in my city so most of my visits are for special occasions: birthday, gatherings, etc. Our waiter, I believe her name was Tiffany, and another gentleman that took care of us were WONDERFUL!!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst Time to FranklinOur daughter recommended Buca di Beppo after several visits. My wife had eaten there twice in one visit because she and her boss enjoyed the food so much. We were careful about what we ordered because of the generous portions. We enjoyed a salad and brought the leftovers home. We enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce and a side order of sausage, we brought home the left overs. We brought the leftovers home 200 miles from Franklin, TN to Collierville, TN. The food is great. The service was excellent. However, the Hostess was very friendly! The waiter who took care of our table I do not recall his name he was a very nice Black Gentleman who was really on top of things he made our visit very pleasant! They were busy, but not overrun. Drink refills were nonexistent. It took forever to get the bread. The Apple Gorgonzola Salad came out pretty quick and was fabulous. Throw in some chicken and I could have stopped there. There was about a 20 minute lapse between the salad and the pasta though which made for a tough time with a young child as she wasn't eating the salad. Overall Buca is good, large portion food in a fun environment. I would go back. This weekend, we're celebrating a baptism and a birthday. Service was fantastic, as well as the food. Our large group didn't affect the service. The service was the same as if I were on a date.
