We had to wait a few minutes for our table, even though we had a reservation, but it was not a long wait. We did, however, wait for about an hour to get our food. They brought our salad right away and we polished off two baskets of bread and a whole bottle of wine, so when our food came, we had to get most of it boxed up to go. The food was incredibly delicious though!

We drove to Burnsville from Mankato to celibrate Mothers Day and it was worth the deive. It was our first time and it definitely surpassed our expectations. We did that and agreed on using Buca's as my son's rehearsel dinner location this summer. Our hearts were in our mouths when we walked in and saw him in the kitchen area. My wife and I agreed to be asked to be seated elsewhere in case we got him as a server. Fortunately that wasn't the case and we had a splendid time. The service was prompt, courteous and professional; unlike out last experience with Matt.

I have yet to have a bad meal there.3/2/2013 12:00:00 AMOoo-la-laMy boyfriend and I wanted to eat out one Friday night, we stopped at another restaurant first but it was a 50 minute wait..blah! So I went on my phone and found nearest restaurant and had available reservations for now; and behold Buca!! We had a fabulous dinner, exceptional desserts, and had awesome staff.
