Our menus offered in the… main dining room showcase a wide range of Japanese cuisine; from the delicate use of vegetables to sashimi, rice and wagyu. Options include Chef Yamada's 8 Course Artisanal Kaiseki menu starting at $135 per person and a 7 Course Vegetarian Tasting menu starting at $100 per person.
Sushi is offered exclusively at Chef Eiji Ichimura's sushi bar where he presents an Omakase menu, also known as Chef's choice, starting at $180 per person.
