Kaiseki menus offered in the main… dining room showcase a wide range of Japanese cuisine; from the delicate use of vegetables to sashimi, rice and wagyu. Options include Chef Yamada's
7 Course Artisanal Kaiseki menu starting at $135 per person, a 6 Course Tasting menu starting at $85 per person, and a 6 Course Vegetarian Tasting menu starting at $85 per person.
